We used Umbato's Airport Meet and Assist Services at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport in Nairobi on our way back to USA. Umbato was in constant communication with us (as there were several changes to our flights coming from Zanzibar) and their representative Martha was waiting for us at the arrival gate. She sped us thru security, escorted us personally to the lounge and she obtained our boarding passes for our onward flight to the States. Umbato's meet and assist service is timely, professional and offers peace of mind especially how busy JKIA is. We were very impressed and I would highly recommend their services to anyone transitioning thru JKIA. We would give them 5+ stars!! And a personal thank you to Martha - she was exceptional!!

I used their arrival services at JKIA and everything was great. Victor met me at the arrival terminal, got and loaded my luggage onto a cart, which was quite helpful. After hours of travelling the last thing I wanted to do was wrestle suitcases off the carousel. Victor escorted me through customs control and stayed with me until my relatives who were picking me up showed up. It was quick efficient and painless. Would recommend their services to anyone travelling through JKIA.

Umbato Safaris nailed the meet-and-greet for our group! They were professional, right on time, and made everyone feel instantly at ease.
Customer service was spot-on (Thank you Ruth, Barnice and Melissa), the whole process was seamless.

We stored our luggage at Umbato's facility for 3 days. The process was super easy and the staff was so friendly. I sent an email and within 5 minutes someone reached out walked to terminal and to meet us. She walked us to the office and explained the process, price and showed us were our items would be stored. We also spoke by phone with the manager who reexplained the process and price. Upon return we picked up our luggage and confirmed everything was present with no damage. We paid what was originally quoted. I would definitely recommend this company.

Wow, what a great experience. We had a long layover in Nairobi so we booked a day tour with these folks. They gave us first class service all the way. Ruth and Matt met us as we got off the plane and helped usher us through immigration. We got to meet Lucie, who had been helping with all the arrangements. Lastly, we got to meet our driver Benson. The day was spectacular- Nairobi national park, elephant sanctuary, giraffe center, Karen Blixen House, Kazuri beads, lunch at Tamarind, and dinner at Carnivore were all on the agenda. None of these places disappointed. Then once we got back to the airport, the full team was there to help escort us back through security, etc. Our crew of 6 wasn't expecting all the extra hand-holding and it was truly appreciated. So glad we booked with Umbato!

Used the airport transfer meet and greet service at Nairobi. Was met at the gate and taken through security and passport control by a fantastic member of staff.
Very good service if you don’t have much time to make your transfer and you don’t want to get lost !

This was my first time doing an airport meet and greet and it was so worth it. I arranged for pick up and departure. For pick up I was out of the airport in less than 10 minutes same for going back through. All employees were super nice and professional. Highly recommended.

We had an amazing experience with Umbato, they helped us coordinate all the transportation in Kenya from and to airports.
Om the last day our driver Toni had our luggage with him the whole day and helped us with sugestions on what things to do in Kenya.

The 2 ladies that met me were great and welcoming. They knew just what to do and stayed me all the way through. They even on their own contacted the Safari guide who had been looking for me for over a day. My flights got messed up and I arrived much later that anticipated. They saved me by that act of kindness

When arriving in Nairobi I realized that entering the Airport was linked to taking a bath in a large crowd. A thing I wanted to avoid under the given pandemic situation. I had been to NBO before and knew it could be very difficult to go airside. A quick research left me with Umbato Safaris and their "fast-track service" for $30. In short if you want to safe time and stress the $30 are well invested.
Contact was easily established and only a couple of minutes later I knew what I needed to, a same day service request had not been a problem. Mark gave me the required instructions and the chapter was closed for then.
After having arrived at NBO Parking the Taxi driver called the office and Mercy arrived a few minutes later to pick me up.
From there all went totally swift. Mercy knew where to go, and expedited every single required step. She explained me what she was doing and what was to come next. She knew the airport like the back of her hand and happily shared her knowledge with me.
All in all we went airside like a hot knife through butter. There Mercy left me at the cozy Simba Lounge where I waited for boarding to begin.
Thanks to a great service I had plenty of time left to prepare for a long flight home.
