A fantastic experience from our first email contact with Kamau, to the end of our 5days/4nights safari visiting Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli National Parks with our superb driver/guide Joshua. Joshua picked up myself and my wife from our hotel in Diani beach, Mombasa in a very clean 4x4. He then took us to the 3 national parks, staying the first night at Voi Safari Lodge in Tsavo East. A great lodge with many facilities and a fantastic waterhole next to the restaurant. Here we encounter, at very close proximity, many elephants, zebras, water-bucks, baboons and many other animals and birds. We also were up close to a pair of lions and a cheetah with her cubs. Next day, we moved on to the Serena Kilaguni Lodge in Tsavo West. Another brilliant lodge with waterholes providing encounters with many animals including giraffes, buffaloes, zebras, elephants and many others birds and wildlife. The lodge offers breathtaking views and brilliant facilities with delicious foods. The park provided us with a rare encounter of seeing a pack of hunting dogs! Also, the fantastic landscape from a volcanic eruption a few hundred years ago. Then we moved on to the Amboseli Serena safari lodge where we spent two incredible nights. The park is very flat with amazing views of Mt Kilimanjaro. There is an abundance of wildlife in the park’s swamps and grasslands. We saw lots of elephants, hippos, zebras, buffalos, wildebeests, flamingos, lions and countless birds and other animals. Finally, Joshua dropped us off at our hotel in Nairobi. We cannot praise Joshua enough. He put us at easy with his pleasant and friendly manner. He is extremely knowledgeable about all the wildlife and birds and informed us about all which we encountered. A very safe driver with great humour and kindness. Overall, we would 100% recommend Joshua, Kamau and Wasili Kenya Safaris.
