We did enjoy ourselves and my sons thought George was the best tour guide ever. He was patient and very committed to us maximising our safari. He made sure we saw as many animals as possible. Truly grateful.

Thank you Allen and Obama for making our first safari experience unforgettable for us. We saw four of the Big Five and gained much knowledge about the beautiful nature and wildlife from Obama. The service and food in the first two lodges was amazing. We really felt comfortable and happy with these choices. According to the third lodge (Ngulia LODGE in the west park) the staff's behaviour and also the quality of the food could be improved. All in all to have chosen Back of Africa was the best decision. I would be happy to go on another game drive, hopefully in December with Obama to see the last of the 5. :) Thank you so much guys !

At short notice Allan got us on to this trip with around five others. Joseph, our driver and guide for the first two days drove us to the camp just outside the park where we settled in to comfy safari tents before we went for an evening game drive which was fabulous, seeing a lion at a distance and then a beautiful cheetah family eating a recent kill at which Joseph manoevered so we got the best shots. The next day was equally amazing, coming upon a lioness with six cubs on the road. These were just the highlights - we saw a huge array of animals, including hippos and crocs on the Mara river. For the second full day we transferred to another group led by Alex as our original group were heading back. Alex was equally good at being in the right place at the right time and we again saw the cheetah family and the lioness bring a kill to her big family, plus a leopard and loads more animals. We visited a friendly Maasai village on the last morning which was an education in an old culture still kept strong in the most sustainable way.  Both Joseph and Alex were great, unphased by some super-heavy rain which made the roads difficult, and keeping a friendly, happy atmosphere throughout and adding to our enjoyment no end with their knowledge and skill at getting great angles for our photos. The camp and food were good, the open-top vehicles were great and I'd recommend Back of Africa Adventure to anyone wanting to visit this fabulous park without spending a fortune.

I booked a 7 days trip for me and my family back in September. I must say this was one of the most beatiful, breathtaking trips I have done. Comunications with Allan were amazing from the begining, I probably sent him over 60 mails with all sorts of doubts, inquiries, changes on plans, etc. He did an amazing job solving me every single doubt. The trip was amazing, Daniel our guide was kind, patient and gave us all what we needed during our trip. All the places around the circuit were amazing and we were very lucky to have him as our guide. Many unforgettable stories will remain with me and my family after this trip. We hade some issues with some of the hotels booked, specially due to the fact we were 3 adults, I would just suggest making sure before arriving to the hotels, Allan or your guides make sure all is good to save some time and dissapointments. Although all was fixed, it took us some hours in a couple hotels to figure out how to solve the lack of rooms. (Worst part is the attention provided by the Sopa Mara Lodge where the reception employees and the manager -Brian, Nigel and Ludy -despite the fact it was beautiful- provided us with a poor and irrespectful attention). At the end Allan solved it all in the best way possible! please Allan! do not use this hotell anymore!!

Jambo rog883, How are you? We are so thankful for your kind and sincere safari experience, more so the fat four star (4*) review - i thought you opted for a 5* unfortunately one star (1*) button went silent :). It was an awkward moment that we both found ourselves into when the lodge (masai mara sopa lodge) opted not allocate rooms to you and your family as was paid for and that their effort to make us understand the reason why couldn't hold any water since it was nothing truth but a white lie. I'm so thankful to you and Daniel (Driver guide) that you both kept me informed of what was happening at the lodge in my absence as it was not what was paid for. It was well learned lesson and currently i personally follow up everybit of reservations and paid accommodations just to ensure our customers get a seamless service. Once again thank you so much for sharing your trip experience- it is indispensable. Regards, Allan.

The safari was amazing, we saw so many animals and everything was just perfect. I traveled alone and joined a group of 6 other people. The organisation took care of me very well and I felt safe. The driver explained us everything about the animals and we saw them very near! The camp where we slept at night was simple but very nice, the food was good and everyone was very friendly!
