Visited Two Rivers for both children entertainment and adult shopping.
The place was a bit of a disappointment. In comparison to the size of the mall, there are very few shops and the few that are open are terribly small too.
The kids play area was way too small for our kids so we did not take part.
The food area is good. Apart from the international renowned Fast Food chains, I would strongly recommend trying some of the smaller restaurants, such as Deli Mahal. The waiting staff were excellent, in particular Joyce who served us having invited us from the mall.
Travelling with a large family, it was good to see the staff make reasonable adjustments to suit us. For that I will be forever grateful to the staff in Deli Mahal.

A large complex with a beautiful outdoor space that includes a games area for children and adults and nice outdoor seating
On the lower floors there is a restaurant hall and the options are also many and varied, including fast food and others

Extremely poor sign posting guidance getting in and out of Mall.
Underground carpark - no signs telling you where to enter Mall & for which stores.
As with all international Malls, sign boarding brilliant - here nothing.
No benches around the Mall to on - unlike international Malls. Think f the tired screaming child, think of the husband who just wishes to sit whilst his better half ‘browses’. Think of the elderly who just wish .gather themselves.
Signage & seats.
We would have felt less overwhelmed had we known who and where.

I went for lunch at Artcafe, Two Rivers. I generally like their food. However, on this occasion the service was terrible! I wasn't properly received and seated, then made to wait for 20 mins without service. I left without getting any food or drink. You really need to improve. Thanks

It's a lively place with good ambiance. Lots of shops, lots of restaurants with lovely food. It's clean and everyone is very helpful. It's my first choice for shopping because I can get everything I need.

ABSOLUTELY beautiful facility with great shops and offerings. 2 different local / Kenyan, (as well as items from other African countries) market, (ground level and in basement). Great larger stores as well as high end shops. HIGHLY recommend

I have visited most of the malls in Kenya and I can attest to the fact that Two Rivers is among the best due to to the variety offered. When it comes to shops, including internationally known brands, this is the place to find them. The variety in eateries is also great , while there is also a large variety of fun activities to pick from. If looking for a place to spend time with family, try Two Rivers.
