We used Kenya Bush Expeditions Tours and Travel for our half-day safari & Giraffe Centre visit.
Our guide/driver, Peter, arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. He gave us ample time for pictures.

During the preparation phase, it was great having such good communication with John from Kenya Bush Expeditions (KBE). Responses were very swiftly and we could discuss the price and specific details very openly. During the first day of the Safari itself, we were very grateful that the driver was waiting for us outside our hotel and that the rest of the payment was done easily at the office of KBE in town (I had transferred a first payment online in advance, nothing out of the ordinary). The Safari, four days from Nairobi to Mombasa via Amboseli, Tsavo West and East, with three nights in lodges, was outstanding! Of course, April is low season, so to seeing many animals can be challenging, but it was great being there in nature and enjoying all the different and ever-changing landscapes.
Especially, we would like to highlight our driver, guide and great companion Geoffrey. He was very professional with overall good knowledge of nature and animals in the different parks. Furthermore, he was very flexibel in adjusting the program to our needs and in arranging- if necessary - additional things for us. As a reliable and safe driver he was also always in time. He gave us enough time to ourselves in the car, but was always present for answering questions and gave enough information during our Safari. Four days together means something and for us it was a perfect match.
KBE, John and especially Geoffrey, again, many thanks, all the best and hope to seeing you again in beautiful Kenya! Thank you for an excellent journey.

We booked a 4 night safari visiting Amboseli, Tsavo West and Tsavo East. The whole process from start to finish was both friendly and professional. We sent an email to the address on the website telling them what we wanted, and they came back to us quickly with an itinerary and prices.
The hotels they chose were AA Lodge in Amboseli, Nguli Lodge in Tsavo West and Voi Lodge in Tsavo East. All lodges were clean and comfortable with excellent facilities, decent food and friendly staff.
Our driver Stephen was a kind and professional man who went out if his way to make sure we saw every animal possible in each game drive and he found the best spots for photographs, showing patience and understanding when waiting for us to get the best shots. He truly is a credit to the company.
Overall I have no hesitation in recommending Kenya Bush Expeditions; they were an enormous part of making this holiday one to remember for the rest of our lives.

This was the worst Safari experience. The driver never came to the hotel to pick us up. The agency called and blamed us for the mistake after I provided a dropped pin. They then sent a driver who arrived at 8:15 am when the booking was for 6:30 am. I paid for a private 4 x 4 Jeep Tour at $130 per person. They placed us on a group tour and continued to tell me I booked the incorrect trip. The Safari Drive was a nightmare and was more 4 x 4 off-roading than seeing animals in the Safari. There was one bathroom break. The driver rushed us through the break. He drove like a complete madman through the entire park, tailgating other drivers, stopping to talk to every other safari truck, and never once explaining what we were doing or where we were going. A complete waste of money and a waste of 5 hours of my day. Completely overpriced and not worth the time.

Our trip was just amazing and unforgettable. Our Driver Lawrence is a really good, friendly and very helpful person, we could relay on his support and valuable advices. Honestly we can recommend the safari organized by this company, which is providing such a high level and a professional staff.

We did the 3 day Mid Range Maasai Mara safari and we could not enjoyed much. Steve our driver and guide was excellent, his knowledge and driving skills allowed us to see almost every wild animal we wanted to (we weren’t lucky enough to see a rhino, which are very difficult to see here). The car was ver confortable. We stay ay Symba-Orix lodge, the room was very nice and you can see and hear wild animals sorrounding in the evening, which it’s quite an experience. It was an excellent option for the price of it.

I did the Nairobi National Park Half Day Game Drive tour with them an it was excellent. Since the National Park is very close to the city I was not expecting much but it really exceeded my expectations because we have seen various kinds of wild animals including lions from a very close distance. Our gentle and knowledgeable driver and guide Julius Kairu, came on time for pick up and provided us a top notch experience. While driving in the city he also informed us about the buildings we saw and gave us general information about Nairobi.

Absolutely wonderful. Tony Cruize has picked us up 6 am with a bright mood that made the entire journey extra pleasant. He did go above and beyond to make sure our experience would be the best, we even saw a rare snake! Very much recommend it, and definitely calling him again once I am back in Kenya to do the Maasai Mara 😊

Was a wonderful experience and totally worth the price, John has a fantastic personality while Divinah was helpful throughout the tour and gave narrations when needed. Oh she also provided me with a power bank when my phone batteries were down. We got to see couple of lions, Giraffes, Buffalos, Antelopes and many others. Amazing experience watching the animals in their natural habitat. Highly recommended

had a wonderful time on the safari tour at Nairobi National Park. The park itself is beautiful, and we got to see a lot of wildlife up close, which was an unforgettable experience. Our driver, Laurence, was fantastic—very knowledgeable, friendly, and made the trip enjoyable. I also appreciated that the vehicle had a roof, which was great for keeping us protected from the sun during the drive!
The only negative point for me was that , at the end of the tour, there was a stop at a shopping area that I didn’t enjoy as much. It felt a bit too long, and by that point, I was tired. Additionally, the shop itself was quite pricey, which was a bit off-putting. But I guess they all do that. Other than that, it was a great experience! Don’t hesitate to book with them, they also have really good price
