I travelled with my wife to Jordan and Egypt this August. We chose this itinerary as it covered most of the highlights in the Nile river within few days and also would allow us plenty of time for the "dolce far niente". Since the very first day, Omar picked us up punctually at the hotel and during the entire four days helped us understanding a bit of the vast Egyptian ancient culture, you know because "hay mas? Mucho más, siempre hay mas" (there is always more). Omar is greatest guide we ever had on a trip, friendly, knowledgable, and always going further than expected. We enjoyed the time there on both the temples and the cruise. This is not the typical giant cruise that we are used in the Caribbean, but rather smaller and calm, which makes it a completely different experience. The sunsets were amazing (picture with no filters attached), food was good and overall great decision. We felt really safe during our stay in Egypt, all you need to do is to be aware of your surroundings as you would do it in most of the countries. 100% recommendable
