Most Unprofessional organisation. We booked a cruise for 5 couples for this July. But due to Covid-19 we have had to cancel. We did this well with in our cancellation period back in Marh 2020. But despite 10 Emails and a confirmation from the Director of Sales Eman Badway on the 15th of March that we will recieve our refund in 2 weeks , we are still waiting. Her excuse on her last email on the 4th of July , is that they are still waiting from the Accounting Department The other one was " We are not working at the office" DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS ORGANIZATION.

The M/S Farah decor is retro 1960s.The public areas are wide open and bright. The rooms are spacious and housekeeping keeps them spotless with fresh towels when needed and the usual towel art.The boat staff were very helpful .Breakfast and lunch are buffet and dinner is with a fixed menu with many choices. The dessert table pastries are sinful and there is a large variety of fresh fruit. If you are looking for a first class boat, the Farah fits the bill

We recently returned from a cruise on this lovely ship. Due to the worldwide pandemic, tourism is slow everywhere and we were 2 of just 6 guests on this cruise. For us, it meant that we felt as if we had the ship all to ourselves. We booked this cruise and the rest of our trip around it through MISR Travel, who deserves their own praise for how well we were treated at every turn. The ship is absolutely immaculate. Clean, stylish, well-appointed and not too big. Our room was of a very high standard and we never felt cramped at all. There was plenty of closet space, comfortable bedding, excellent toiletries provided and two complimentary bottled waters in our room daily. Housekeeping made us some very cute towel animals every day. The walls are a bit thin, though and because there were so few of us I wonder why they didn't spread us around so we weren't made to hear our neighbors? There were plenty of vacant rooms. In any case, we didn't spend too much time in the room as there were a lot of excursions. I loved that we could open the window in our room out to the Nile River. I really enjoyed all of the meals. Breakfast had an omelet station, some fresh vegetables and fruit, yogurt, pastries, and different porridges, juices and cereals. The coffee was very good and included during meals. Lunch was sometimes on the ship or off-site during a tour and dinner was an Egyptian buffet one night (incredibly delicious) and a la carte other nights. The prawns they served were enormous and so good! I enjoyed all of my meals and I could tell that the staff worked very hard for us even though we were few. The wait staff was attentive as were the bartenders. At night my boyfriend and I enjoyed having Stella beers in the lounge. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because the entertainment was lackluster. However, I understand that it most likely was because there were very few guests and also that the world was in the middle of a crisis. I doubt it would be feasible to hire in entertainers in that situation and I can't say I fault them. I will add that just after our cruise, Egypt closed off all tourism and I really hope for the best for everyone. I know that it's crushing the economy. When this crisis is over, please choose Egypt for your travels. I got the impression that management really cares about what their guests are experiencing, something I see rarely in the United States. I would have to say that I would definitely recommend the MS Farah for a Nile Cruise. Our experience was unique. I have no idea if I would enjoy it with a crowded ship because we aren't really cruise people but it was a once-in-lifetime unique experience enjoying it with a nearly empty ship. If you do go, please tip generously. They work very hard and deserve it. Thank you MS Farah for helping me fulfill my dream of cruising on the Nile. I would not cruise anywhere else. Wi-Fi was good and the rooms have USB to charge your phones as well as USB-3 and others. Very nice touch. If you have the option to add-on the balloon ride over the Valley of the Kings at dawn, do not hesitate. It was an incredible experience.

Fabulous luxury. Air conditioned room with French windows opening onto the stunning views across the Nile (Boats do not moore next to this one). The water is purified so no need to worry about what you eat. Fresh food. Staff friendly and make sure you're looked after. Other amenities onboard like beautician, shop and gym. Pool on top deck, with Stylish seating area, and bar. The day trips were incredible. Had a great time!
