We had a wonderful time in Egypt. Flying Carpets made us feel at home with great service. We were a big group visiting from various countries and right from the time we landed in Egypt Flying Carpets team took care of us very well. Everything was professionally managed keeping in mind the customer service was at the highest level. We also got very good Indian food when ever needed. All arrangements were excellent and exceeded our expectations. A BIG THANKS to Mr. Sheriff who made our trip very memorable. Thanks Raj

This is the second time my family has used Flying Carpet Tours. The level of professionalism and courtesy is something that cannot be beat anywhere in the world. I have highly recommended this company to my friends and colleagues. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we felt very well taken care of. The Cairo airport can be a bit hectic, so it's great to see a smiling face as soon as you officially arrive in Egypt. Our guides and driver were perfect. Flying Carpet worked diligently to get us the perfect room overlooking the Nile and then later the perfect view of the Pyramids. Highly recommended. Will use again.

We are so very impressed with this tour! Our guide Hamdi was so knowledgeable and is a TRUE EGYPTOLOGIST! We were blown away with all the information he had to share and he was able to communicate it in a very engaging way. Our driver was also fantastic. He was very safe and professional. Highly recommend this tour. We are so lucky to have been able to learn from Hamdi. As for booking, there was constant and clear communication from Sherif when we were setting up the tour and he even called during the trip to make sure all was going well. Very good customer service! Highly recommend!

Four of us visited Cairo, Luxor, Edfu and Aswan via our wonderfully responsive booking manager Sherif, who from day one has helped answered all our questions and gave us a competitively priced package for our 6 day visit in Egypt. We visited all the main sights: Giza plateau, all the temples and the Valley of the Kings at Luxor, and enjoyed a relaxing cruise down the Nile to Edfu and finally Aswan to continue visiting the temples on this classical tour of Egypt. Both our Egyptology guides Hamdy Amin and Mohamed El Ghany were very knowledgeable on all the sites and helpfully steered us through the crowds or any situation which needed translation or to get out of a rut. Flying Carpet tours met our needs and went beyond our expectations to deliver - would highly recommend them!

The arrangements were excellent, five-star. Mr Sherif was the king of organisation when it came to the booking. I had problems with my credit card, but he sent someone to collect the deposit in cash, with a receipt. Our tourist guide, Mr Hamdy, was also super efficient, arrived 30 minutes before the agreed meeting time. The trip itself was quite pleasant, but I had stated in the programme that we didn't want to go to Ain Selein park, but we ended up there all the same. There really is nothing worth seeing in this tiny park. It's just a tea garden, nice for families, I suppose. We also wanted to see an oasis, stated in my original request, didn't happen. We visited Lake Qarun, a very pleasant place for a snack and a drink, worth visiting. The water wheels are also interesting, and the tourist police were very helpful. I had also asked to be taken to some shops to buy local pottery, but this didn't happen, although I did get the chance to buy a couple of things in the park, so okay. I would recommend Flying Carpets and would go with them again, but do insist on them sticking to your requests.
