We had a 3 days Cairo city tour package and our tour guide was Emad. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the history of ancient Egypt. Very friendly service and professional. Definitely will recommend to anybody going to visit Cairo.

The tour guide Mr Imad was highly knowledgeable and hospitable person. Also the driver made sure our journey was safe and comfortable. Also they are extremely punctual, and always came to the hotel earlier than the pick up time! We’re very satisfied with the service, highly recommended! From japan

I attribute the success of our wonderful trip to Egypt to Emad Mamdouh, tour guide and trip organizer extraordinaire. Our every need (including my vegan diet) was anticipated and handled making our transition to and from the airports, hotels and cruise ship, flawless. Information about the pyramids, Egyptian Museum in Cairo and other awe-inspiring monuments was extensive and interesting. When we flew to Aswan, Emad arranged for Mostafa Gad, a tour guide who had the utmost reverence for Egyptian culture to enlighten us about the Aswan dam, Philae, Karnak and Abu Simbel Temples, and so much more. When we requested to experience something not on our tour, Emad safely arranged it, thus we were able to squeeze in a visit to a Nubian family compound, Tahrir Square and the Monastery of Saint Simon. Our tour guides, Emad and Mostafa, were so knowledgeable that I noticed people from other groups listen in on our lessons. They taught us much about Egypt, but also allocated time for shopping and entertainment. It was a great trip.

Emad was an amazing logistics officer and expert planner—all of our tours, flights, and accommodations were flawless. Our guides and drivers were knowledgeable, professional, and just fun to chat with. They were always willing to go above and beyond—we even stopped for coffee on the river in Aswan, and in Alexandria, we paused for sugar cane juice from a street vendor. We were in Egypt for 12 days, and we saw EVERYTHING—we visited Cairo, Alexandria, Aswan, and Luxor. It was a once in a lifetime trip, and we were thrilled to have it all organized by Emad, and it was so nice to get to know him, too. We want to go back and take our time in Luxor, and we would definitely use this company again. 100% recommend!!

Emad is a first-rate guide with a degree in history and advanced study. He is also a logistical wizard. He is a fun, humorous, and kind individual. I can't recommend him enough. From being greeted and escorted through the airport upon arrival to being shepherded through at departure, every detail was in place. I am a history professor and found that Emad had all the answers I could hope for - and then more than I could have dreamed. I was in great hands my entire trip. Emad worked closely with me to set up a tour of the sites I wanted to visit and did so within the time I had available. It was not a packaged tour! His email responses were immediate, even when I accidentally forgot about the time differences. And, his answers were full. His interpersonal skills are superb and I feel I have made a caring friend. He was also very reasonably priced! I intend to visit Egypt again and he will be my first call to arrange my visit.
