Fabulous trip to Egypt with knowledgeable and engaging English speaking guides and excellent drivers. We spent 2 nights in Giza to see the Pyramids and the highlights of Cairo, then 4 nights on the Nile visiting temples and tombs and immersing ourselves in thousands of years of history. We were very well taken care of.

My friends, family and I, 6 in total, planned a 2 week vacation to Egypt. We researched several Tour companies and received the BEST response and in a timely fashion from Egypt Happy Tours. We had several email exchanges with Malack who helped us plan all of our tours and gave us great detail about how we would be spending our time. We were given many options and Malack encouraged us to be in control of what we wanted to do. We didn't have to stick to a plan according to anyone elses schedule. In the end, with his help, we planned the most amazing trip and it was worth the effort in planning. This company does small tours groups so we were not bound to people we didn't know or stuck on a large bus. We traveled in a 10 passenger van that was comfortable with plenty of air conditioning. We spent our first few days in Cairo with a driver and Hassan as our guide. Hassan took us to pyramids, temples and through the city to see what it's like to be a native of Egypt. What surprised me was the knowledge and history the would receive from our guide. It made things so much more enjoyable. After Cairo, we flew to Luxor where were met our second guide Ash. Ash welcomed us and brought us to our river boat on the nile. We spent the night on the boat and in the morning Ash took us on a horse and buggy ride through Edfu. The streets were filled with people and beautiful sites. I could smell fresh pita bread through the streets. When we stopped i had to have some and I ate the most delicious warm bread ever! That nite we sailed the nile and made several stops over the next 4 days, ending in Aswan. We took a Felucca (Sail Boat) ride and enjoyed children swimming to us on paddle boards singing in Egyptian.We went to a small beach on the nile and swam in the most clear fresh water. Then we went to the Nubian village and explored there. The Nile Cruise was so enjoyable and relaxing with a beautiful pool on the top deck. At night we played cards. Ash was also so knowledgeable and we enjoyed the personal experience every moment. After the cruise we drove to Hurghada and stayed in an all inclusive 4 star hotel on the Red Sea. The beach was amazing. We went to a private Island with crystal clear blue water and snorkeled. There is so much more that we did, i could write a book. Overall this trip was exceeded my expectations in so many ways. All of our food was included and having a small group guided tour made it the much more special. The last thing I will speak on is Safety. This was a major concern of ours because of the things our State Dept. posted and things we here people say. We were completely safe at every moment. There is not war or terrorism in Egypt. The people are so beautiful and they all welcomed us Americans. I can't wait to go back. Thank you Malack, Hassan and Ash. We miss you....

I have travelled all over the world from the Pyramids in Mexico, the Great Wall in China, Machu Picchu in Peru and finally made my way to Cairo Egypt and I must say Egypt Happy Tours was by far the most amazing tour company I have used! The company was recommended to my partner and I by family members who used Egypt Happy Tours and we more more than pleased with the level of courtesy and service received. Hassan and his reliable driver Sam picked us up at the airport and the smile and handshake at that first meeting instantly gave me a sense of relief. Hassan was very knowledgeable and gave us a run through of the itinerary he had in mind for us. The private, air conditioned transportation to and from our hotel and sites was reliable and much appreciated. Hassan met all our requests and was very pleasant and reliable. I would recommend using this company if you want a safety, security and a guide who has decades of experience and knowledge on the Egyptian culture and history. Hassan was also very flexible and allowed us to make changes to our itinerary, while giving his recommendations on how to get the most out of the experience. I will be returning to Egypt and I will not hesitate to call Hassan. Egypt Happy Tours made our vacation memorable and we are happy we used this company! 10 out of 5!

I have been back from Egypt for a few weeks and not a day goes by that I don’t think about that magical place! A few months prior to our trip I contacted a number of tour organizations listed on Trip advisor, but in the end I decided to go with Malack and Egypt Happy Tours. Malack is really on top of his game and assured me multiple times that Egypt was completely safe! Even after all these assurances, I was still worried and concerned about our safety! Two days prior to our travel date, the state department issued this warning, “The U.S. Department of State warns U.S. citizens to consider the risks of travel to Egypt due to threats from terrorist and violent political opposition groups.” Our group of six, which varied in ages from 15 to 72, sat down and discussed our options, which basically boiled down to, go or not to go. Besides the state departments warning, we had all been told by multiple people that Egypt just wasn’t safe and that we shouldn’t go. In the end, we opted to go, even though each of us had our own reservations about our safety. It was the right decision!
I have traveled dozens of times and have had the good fortune to explore over 50 countries. Egypt is now my favorite! The country itself with its awe inspiring pyramids and temples makes for a once in a life time trip but it was Malack that made our trip so incredibly special. He had every single detail planned and executed to perfection. Our guides (Hassain and Ash) were the best that Egypt has to offer, with knowledge that was mind boggling! They were with us every step of the way and made sure that we were not only safe but happy. They went above and beyond to make sure that our trip was memorable. Not once during our two week stay in Egypt did I feel in any way unsafe, not even once. I look back now and wonder what was I so afraid of? EGYPT IS SAFE!!

Hass gave us a great overview of Cairo. I enjoyed learning about the history as well as modern day life from him. I recommend this tour for everyone he even helped us to find the perfect souvenirs to buy!!! He is also quite a good photographer !!!

Before I start off this review, I just want to extend a special thanks to Hassan and the entire Egypt Happy Tours for their hospitality and logistics before and during my visit to Egypt a few weeks back. I also want to state that this review is written with my own discretion and Egypt Happy tours has no role to play in it.
I will start off by covering a very important issue of consideration – Is Egypt safe? It’s a question I myself had in my mind while planning my visit to Egypt. Life is uncertain, anything can happen anywhere and that being said, I didn’t at any point during my stay in Egypt feel unsafe (and I lived like a local). Hassan stayed on top of media, alerts to ensure we avoid any areas of suspicion and ensured I was safe and sound during all points of the visit. For a fact there was single or multiple layers of security everywhere we went, especially the tourist sites including registering my name and nationality with the Egypt government. So yes, Egypt is safe! And you must visit it, if and when u can!
I am a very thorough tour planner and make sure I do my research as I got about planning my next big visit. I chose Egypt this time and to my surprise after reaching out to over 30 tour operators – Egypt Happy Tour’s itinerary, pricing, inclusions and exclusions stood well apart. They also offered me a private tour and a guide and private vehicle at all times, which was a steal. The guide i.e. Hassan is a gem of a person, and takes a lot of pride in the rich history of Egypt. He will go above and beyond to explain you each and every minute detail of the historic significance of the site. You can see the passion and excitement emerge within Hassan as we approach a new site. He will also periodically stop and ask you if you have any questions or if you need him to explain you anything again. Truly a knowledgeable and passionate guide and business owner. To top it off, Hassan will also volunteer to take some of the best photographs at the best spots within the sites to provide you with some excellent memories to take back along with you.
I had a very tight schedule, and Hassan offered a lot of breathing space and customization options within my tour, which was perfect for me. He will upfront ask you the type of experience you’re looking for, and also work with you to understand your likes and dislikes to provide you with a lifetime experience and he does it very well. I lived, toured and visited Egypt just like another local. Hassan put in a lot of effort to ensure that he safeguarded me from any sort of haggling, or forceful purchasing by locals at tourist sites. He always interjected and helped me get the best price if in case I was interested in any product. Overall, Hassan does not treat you as a customer – he will treat you as his friend and family and show you around his beautiful country. He takes a lot of passion, pride and honor to do so.
I would absolutely encourage anyone planning to visit Egypt to get connected with this tour agency and give them an opportunity to help you see Egypt!

If I have to recommend my friends who to hire in Egypt will definitely by Egypt Happy Tours, excellent fast communication, amazing service. My guide for the 3 days was Mohammed and Hossan as the driver, I felt them more like travelling companions enjoying the pyramids, giving me advice which to enter or not, Mohammed always asked me my preferences. When at 3.30pm we were back from the 3 Pyramids, Saqqara Memphis and Dashur they took me back to my hotel and picked me up an hour later for the Giza night show, amazing show, a must. At first, I was reluctant to a personalized guide for myself but it was awesome. I felt them like travelling companions enjoying everything with me. I also did the day trip to the desert and Al Fayoum oasis with them. Mohammed sent me pictures of Tutankamon that he was able to take at some time. I feel like I left friends behind. Please do not doubt hiring Egypt Happy Tours during your whole stay in Egypt. They were above my expectations. The best guide ever.

My family of six just returned from a two week trip to Egypt with Egypt Happy Tours. We couldn't be happier. We were met in Cairo by Hassan who was our guide the entire time we were in Cairo. He was a great guy and accommodated our crazy requests! The hotel arranged by the company was five star. We flew to Luxor for a Nile cruise and were met by Ash, who was just as amazing as Hassan. He also went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful time - including arranging a side trip to McDonalds for my kids!! After the cruise we traveled on to Hurghada and a wonderful five star resort! We were again met by Hassan, which was a great surprise to us. Once again, he was amazing and even arranged a last minute tour for us.
Egypt Happy Tours did a great job and we felt safe and well taken care of for our entire trip. I can't recommend them highly enough.

My husband and I visited Cairo a few days ago and we decided to book a tour with Happy Egypt Tours (suggested on a Facebook travel group). We contacted Hassan and he planned everything and it was fantastic. We were greeted at the airport around 3:00 a.m by our amazing tour guide Mahmoud (not sure on the spelling). He then drove us about 30 minutes or so to our hotel in Giza. We started our tour later that day around 9:30 a.m. He arrived in a nice air conditioned car and showed us around Egypt for the following 2 days. He is very knowledgeable about all things Egyptian. I highly recommend this tour company. There was no stress because everything was planned out for us, but you can make/tweak the itinerary if you want (each day included lunch at a nice restaurant). No waiting in lines at museums because tickets are included. Also, this is very important... the tours are very reasonable priced. Thanks to Hassan and Mahmoud, we had a great time.
