We couldn't go because of the local restrictions about flight with balloons on the city bit the tour guide is trustful and helpful

The Best trip in Luxor it is amizing and we see alot off baloon and we see River Nile when we fly and the capitán very frindly I will make this trip

Alaska Air was wonderful. It was a definite "had to do"! Ahmed was our captain, he loved to sing "Everything I do is for you". we had a great experience!

Booked and paid for the tour that didn't happen! I was asked to pay another $50 more for the West Bank tour for only less than 6 hours! I'm writing my awful experience in a separate site.

The Balloon ride was wonderful. the communication was a bit delayed, I kept reaching out for pick up instructions and their reply was not prompt. They picked us up at 4:40 am promptly from hotel. The driver did not speak any English, we waited with him in a parking lot until all the other passengers arrived. Then we were moved to another van and went to the balloon departure site. After the balloon ride, we were dropped off at the hotel. No refreshments/snacks were provided.

The company organizing this balloon trip did not communicate with me or answer my messages. We booked this trim in July for January and they did not respond the entire time. Finally on December 29th, a couple days before the ride they messaged me demanding that I have to pay an additional $30 per person (this doubles the initial price) because the government changed the gas prices. This was not the price we booked or agreed on and thus should not have changed. Finally after agreeing to pay, they cancelled the ride the night before and have not given me refund or replied to my messages.

Fun experience might be cold in morning dress up warm the guide is nice there might be route harassing you after you land but that's just part of experience

Hi I booked a hot air balloon ride for today the 30 June for this morning but it was cancelled. How do I go about getting my credit card refunded with the $179.18 owing for the cancelled flight that I booked on Monday the 24 I think it was?
