We had a huge convention in Cairo and deluxe travel managed all travel and sightseeing activities. All participants were satisfied and impressed by the professionalism and punctuality. The guides are very instructed and the transport vehicles were very clean. We can only recommend deluxe travel.

Best Tour Company We Have Used! Simply the BEST

I want to say that Deluxe tours is simply the best. The quality of service and kindness of employees is second to none. I decided to use Deluxe for the land portion of my 3 week Egyptian holiday after having issues with another tour company. I booked an airport transfer, three private tours ( Falucca in Cairo, and El Fayoum and Alexandria day trips from Cairo) and transfer from Cairo to Hurghada and back to Cairo. I must say the service we received was outstanding. Our driver Omar was the best driver we could have asked for. He is such a nice man, and by the end of our our time with him we considered him a friend. A kinder man you can not fine. We felt 100% safe. Our tour guide was Zizo and he was also fantastic. We learned so much from him. He took us to great sights and explained not only about the sites but the culture. Could not have asked for a better guide. We had a most marvelous time. What really sets Deluxe heads above others is their service. When we returned to Cairo we realized we left our passports in the drawer of the hotel in Hurghada. I contacted Deluxe and they responded promptly and sent someone to retrieve our passports at a very reasonable and fair price. We love Egypt, it is a vibrant county full of history and kind people. If you want the quality service by the the kindest and most professional people then Deluxe is your company. We travel extensively and this company is simply the best of the best. Thank you Deluxe!

Fantastic. Expert. Professional and organized

I booked this 18 day private trip with my son very last minute. One week before departure I contacted the travel agency, having been frustrated with a competing travel agency. They were absolutely fantastic. From start to finish they were always available and the guides were superb. This was my fifth time to Egypt and by far my best. This was the best travel agent that I have used and I would not ever think of going back to Egypt without using them again. Everything went seamlessly with a very complicated itinerary. Their prices were comparable to competing travel agents. We had a very busy itinerary and never once was there a problem. The hot air balloon in Luxor was amazing. I hadn’t even thought of it but George came up with the idea.George, the owner was available 24 hours a day to answer my questions and our guide in Cairo, Nevin, Was patient, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure. I can’t wait to return with deluxe travels

Excellent private tour around the Pyramids of Giza

We booked a private tour 15 hours before, and we got our own minivan and tour guide for ourselves. Rasha Yehia Mubarak was excellent in giving us information on both the ancient and never egyptology, and was also happy in explaining more about life in Cairo in general. She also deviated from the planned tour to give us the greatest experience! We also got to pass by fragrance, papyrus and cotton stores which was lovely. Highly recommend Rasha for anyone who wants to visit the various pyramids, she speaks great English.

A Truly Deluxe Experience

Deluxe Travel provided many wonderful travel experiences for us during our recent trip to Egypt. First of all, Mohammad met us at the airport and took us quickly and efficiently through the visa and immigration process. On our second night he took us to a local restaurant in Cairo so that we could taste the exciting cuisine of the city. In addition, Mohammad took care of all of our car transfers, first from Cairo to Luxor, then Luxor to Hurghada, and finally Hurghada to Cairo. Also, he arranged for transportation for my son and his wife on a trip to Abu Simbel. During the entire trip, Mohammad kept in touch with me, making sure that we knew what time the drivers would pick us up. I highly recommend Deluxe Travel, and in particular, Mohammad.

Learnt a lot and had fun doing it!

Absolutely fantastic guided tour around Cairo and Giza with Tito. He is a wonderfully knowledgeable and enthusiastic guide and explains the history in a very clear and compelling manner.
Our driver Mohamed was also very polite and expertly navigated the chaotic roads in a very comfortable air conditioned mini van.
I can't rate this experience highly enough!

Amazing tour

Could not have been more pleased with our experience with Deluxe Tours Eygpt.  Even before we arrived in Cairo, Mona at their office, was able to answer every question and help with the logistics of the airport shuttle, payment, COVID testing, etc.  Our guide Walid is so educated in all things Egypt:  history, culture, current events, geography, nature. We learned so much from him during our three days.  He even explained the steps of the daily Islamic call to prayer.  He was very excited to share his culture with us so that we could learn all about life in Egypt. His recommendations for lunch were top notch.  You will never go hungry here...so much food.  Our driver Ahmed was incredible navigating the absolutely insane Egyptian traffic.  The van was spacious and air conditioned and we were literally dropped off at the front entrance at every stop.  They took great care of us!  Truly a VIP experience.  I would recommend Deluxe Tours Egypt to anyone. It is safe to do Egypt on your own but honestly, Walid and Ahmed made our trip so much more fun and memorable!

Private car to St.Catherine

From 1st day I contact Deluxe Travel Egypt to looking for the private car just for dropped me to St. Catherine at Sinai. Miss Mona she so helpful whatever My needs I am so gratefulness to find this traveling Agency. My driver he is professional driver knowing his road. Where’s we start safely and came back safely. I would love to recommend for everyone to visiting Egypt and use their service I gave them 10 out of 10 super star ⭐️ and thanks for gave us wonderful experience.

Deluxe Travel 10Day Jordan/Egypt

Speaking for our 4 person group on the Nov 22-Dec 1 2023 Deluxe Travel 10 day Jordan and Egypt tour…we had a blast. Mohammed Masoud met us at the airport in Amman and was a professional, knowledgeable, friendly guide and driver. Wasn’t too keen on our La Casa hotel, although clean it has seen better days especially the bathroom. Breakfast was lovely and staff very accommodating. Our Dead Sea Experience at the Holiday Inn was fantastic and Mohammed provided so much insight and information that our drive to Wadi Rum went by quick. Wadi Rum was a great experience and we enjoyed the Aladdin Camp. Only wished we had the four hour desert tour to see more but just means another trip. Petra was a highlight in Jordan. Everyone needs to visit this UNESCO site. We got our steps in and some!
Returning to Cairo,Oman met us at the airport and Omar was our driver. Again professional very caring individuals. The Steingenberger Pyramids hotel was divine. Our room gave us a view of the Pyramids and the new Egyptian Museum. Meals were satisfying and staff a delight. Sizou was phenomenal with providing the tour of the Giza Pyramid Complex and the GEM. Omar made sure we were safely transported everywhere and by the way each guide for our entire trip made sure we had cold water and appropriate bathroom stops.
We flew to Aswan and was met by Ahmed who was our guide for the remainder of our time in Upper Egypt. Our driver was also Ahmed. We enjoyed the High Dam and Philae Temple. We did the optional felluca Nile journey and visit to the Nubian Village before boarding our river cruise boat. We also opted for Abu Simbel and so glad we did. What an experience. Again cannot praise enough the knowledge that all guides provided but Sizou in Cairo and Ahmed for Upper Egypt were beyond excellent!
We enjoyed our Nile Cruise and the wonders of Kom Ombo,Edfu,Valley of the Kings,Hatsheput, Colossi of Memnon and Karnak. We returned to Cairo to continue the rest of our journey. The overnight at The Radisson Blue was restful and the hotel beautiful. Egypt has so much more to explore and if and when we do return we will choose Deluxe Travel. Thanks again to all who willingly assisted us Mohammed Masoud,Oman,Omar,Sizou,Ahmed,Ahmed and those who’s names I may have not remembered. We so appreciate you making our experience safe,educational and enjoyable.

Day Trip to Alexandria

To start our day, We were met at our hotel lobby by Emmad, our tour guide. The van was clean and comfortable. He was very welcoming and accommodating. During our tour we were given information about Alexandria, we went to the underground catacombs, pompei temple, the Alexandria library and the citadel. All theses place we go are amazing. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable in each place and gave us an overview and history about the places we go. He also gave us enough time to explore and take our pictures. Also the included lunch was soo good with an amazing view. The ride back home was smooth and we’re dropped off to our hotel. thanks to our driver ruby as well. Overall we had fun on our tour. It’s worth it, I highly recommend for future tours. Thank u.
