4 days/3 nights trip to Siwa Oasis
My boyfriend and I booked a private four days/three nights trip from Cairo to Siwa with Emo. We had a wonderful experience and everything was perfectly organized! Hasim was our guide and Mohamad was our driver. They were truly remarkable professionally and very kind and genuine people!
The drive to and from Siwa was super comfortable. Hasim showed us around the main sights in Siwa: the fascinating Old Shelly, Alexander’s Temple of the Oracle and the Dead Mountain. We visited and bathed at the Salt Lake and Cleopatra’s Spring. On the next day, we had an exiting Sahara drive by a 4x4 car and we enjoyed the sunset with Siwan tea there. Hasim and Mohamad were very approachable and very flexible to accommodate the agenda to our liking. Hasim made sure to take nice pictures of us throughout all the trip!
We highly recommend visiting Siwa and with Emo Tours, you’ll be sure to not miss out on anything of what Siwa has to offer! Many thanks to Hasim and Mohamad who made this trip even more adventurous and enjoyable for us!

In my final day in Egypt, I decided to treat myself with their 4 Hour Egypt Car Rental with Driver for 40 USD and was extremely satisfied with the experience!
Mohammed picked me up at my hotel in Giza and not only took me to the stops I requested (COVID test center, Coptic Cairo, and Citystars Heliopolis mall), but took the time to share all the information and history of key sights that we drove past. I was impressed as if a driver had the initiative and knowledge, I'm looking forward to what to see had I hired a guide to come along as well!
One thing I appreciated extremely was that, unlike the tours I took earlier in my trip, Mohammed did not do any unexpected stops at tourist traps such as a papyrus store or Egyptian cotton clothing place! Having dodged so many touts and scams during my visit, it really was a breath of fresh air to be able to do all that I needed to do in my final day without having to worry about unexpected stops.
Most importantly, Mohammed provided fantastic service as a driver with the sort of Egyptian hospitality and courtesy with no strings attached that helped recover my visit to Egypt. While I may have paid a premium compared to other options like Uber, it felt great to have a driver I can trust and who was already waiting for me once I finished my errands at each stop. This experience has me looking forward to my next trip there, this time with Emo Tours being more prominent in my itinerary!

We arrived in Luxor by plane and was greeted on time by our tour guide Tarek! He was friendly, and even stopped for us to have some Arabic coffee before heading off for our day. We started off by exploring the Valley of the Kings in the West and enjoyed a scrumptious meal at the restaurant Africa. This was followed by a surprise boat ride across the Nile to the East bank. Tarek made sure to give us time to explore on our own while making sure to educate us on as much Egyptian History as time allowed. The entire day flowed smoothly with no issues ! Emo Tours offers you an affordable and professional experience. I would without hesitation book with them again or recommend to fellow travelers!

I asked Emo Tours to organise a trip (specific wedding proposal for 500 USD). They didn’t organise it, but instead organised a normal city tour (without lunch) + boat trip. They apologised afterwards and blamed other people (the guide and the boat company). To change my planned proposal last minute was emotionally very hard for me. I paid 500 USD to organise a beautiful wedding proposal. The manager of Emo Tours wrote to me that the price of a normal city tour + boat is 200 USD. Although he recognises that I paid 500 USD and that there is difference of 300 USD, he provided a refund of 100 USD. I did propose my girlfriend that day, but not in that way I had hoped for. I was on a tourist boat (which is still nice), but I paid for a chef to make dinner and I went home with an empty stomach. And all the flowers and balloons I had hoped for... well I did see them, but on another boat. They asked me what I wanted in return, but how can you make up something like this? Nevertheless, even while the manager agrees that they made several mistakes, he still charged 400 USD for a trip that he claims is worth 200 USD and he did this to a client to he already let down on a very important day for him.... This is wrong. Very wrong.
When I told them that I would post this review, they asked me not post a review and that they would refund 200 USD instead of 100 USD. I don't think that they should ask people not post reviews. I refused this refund and decided to publish the review.
Was it all bad? Well, yes for me, but maybe not for you. If I had booked a private tour in Cairo without lunch and a boat trip without dinner for 2 persons (value of 130 USD on their website), than I would have granted this trip 5 stars. We had a good driver/car, experienced guide and the boat itself was nice. Also, afterwards they communicated with me (very fast), they apologised a lot (which is nice) and they immediately provided a 100 USD refund (before the request for not publishing this review). I also really believe that Emo Tours had the intention to organise my wedding proposal. A lot of things went wrong, but I’m 100 sure it was not intentionally.

I booked a 10 night trip to Egypt with Emo Tours - 2 days in Cairo, 2 days in Aswan, a 3 night cruise to Luxor, then 2 more days in Cairo (including a day trip to Alexandria). Mido at the booking office patiently handled all my requests to fine tune the itinerary and was also available during the trip to promptly answer my questions and confirm pick up times - he also booked my Covid test at my hotel. My private tour guides and drivers all provided great service. The tour guides were all extremely informative, starting with Ehab Hoba in Cairo, who also took many great photos of me at the Pyramids and other places. My guides were excellent as well in Aswan, Luxor, and on the cruise. The cruise line was Amwaj and all was top notch. The sunrise balloon ride over Luxor is highly recommended. Overall, it was an amazing trip and all the staff at Emo Tours really made it a great experience.

We had a great sunset Nile boat ride with Mohamed hamed. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, he told us about Giza and Cairo during the car ride and correctly suggested taking a motor boat instead of sail as there was no wind!
He was on time, got us drinks and snacks, he arranged for us to get Koshary on the way back to our hotel and suggested a great spot, and got a fair price, it was delicious and something we had wanted to try.
Would definitely recommend him!

After seeing how many options there were in Luxor, I made contact with Emo Tours, they tailor made an itinerary that contained all attractions I wanted to see with an affordable price. Having Shereen as my tour guide and Mohamed Gamal as my driver was the best part, Shereen has a real passion about her job, always explaining everything and showing the best places (besides giving some really great tips about what to do in Luxor). Mohamed was a great driver, always calm, on time and driving safe (very different from the style they drive in Cairo). I only have to thank once more for the experience and making this an amazing journey.

Although it's been a few months since my trip in December, I still distinctly remember the warm welcome and diligent care our tour guide, Essam, and the driver provided to us, two young American females. Essam picked us up as planned from the airport, gave us snacks and water, and immediately got to know us on a personal but professional level.
Essam showed us all around the busy city of Cairo, answered all of our questions, and was incredibly knowledgeable about the history of his city, country and culture. We laughed a lot, practiced speaking egyptian Arabic, and took wonderful photos thanks to Essam. We were able to visit the Cave Church, drive through garbage city, visit the pyramids and sphinx, ride a camel, go shopping at a papyrus art shop, eat dinner and have the best fresh fruit juices before heading back to the airport.
Although we were only there for a few hours before returning to the airport for our next flight, I feel as if every minute there was magical. If any of the tour guides are half as incredible as Essam was to us, you will have an unforgettable experience. In Shaa Allah!

We just got back from our trip and I must write a review of EMO Tours. I have engaged EMO and two other companies in early December for our trip in March. One company was immediately out because of their communication style. Quotes from EMO and an independent operator were in the same range but I picked EMO because I felt comfortable with Mr. Torky. He gave me detailed breakdown of all the activities and also gave me option to either book our own hotels or have EMO book. I chose to arrange my own accommodations but had EMO manage all my activities. You can also use them just for single activities/tours. Over the three months, Mr. Torky patiently answered any and all my questions. He made changes to the itinerary as requested up until the very end. EMO booked our domestic flights from Cairo to Luxor and from Aswan to Cairo. EMO arranged our Covid test for our return home for a very reasonable price. From the time we landed in Cairo airport, they started with helping us through immigration and we never felt alone the whole trip. They dropped us off and picked us up from the airport for our domestic flights. They were with us every step of the way. They showed up right on time for all the activities and was not late even once. Their tour guides are very knowledgeable and professional. Only complaint I will have is that they take you to expensive stores. My suggestion will be to not buy anything from those stores. I learned my lesson after buying outrageously expensive papyrus art work. Besides this one complaint, I cannot say anything bad about this company. EMO Tours is a well oiled machine. We felt safe all over Egypt because of them. I highly recommend EMO Tours to anyone who is considering a tour operator.

We can't speak more highly of our tour of the Great Pyramids of Giza, Saqqua & Memphis with Emo Tours. Travelling in a group of three, including a six year old child, our guide was flexible to meet our needs.

We will be arriving Oct 12 for 2 days on a celebrity cruise in Alexandria. We would like to arrange a private or small group tour of the pyramids/Giza and other sites with an overnight in Cairo. Would like to include lunch/dinner cruise on Nile. Explore museums and other local Cairo sites with return to Alexandria Friday night. Can book own hotel.

You must know the following:
- Alexandria - Cairo by car is a 3-hour trip
- Giza pyramids and the Sphinx (with entrance in one of the pyramids), Egyptian Museum as well as Al-Khalili market is feasible during the time frame you've mentioned. Anything more than that, means that you are ready to transform in a road-runner

Why is the 10D8N cheaper than the 9D8N. $1310 USD for 5 star compared to $1400.
Can we confirm that The 10D9N has only extra one day in Alexandria and the Traveling From Cairo To Aswan & From Luxor to Cairo I will be on first Class Sleeper train each Trip includes dinner & Breakfast on Watanya Train right in which the 9D8N doesn’t cover Alexandria. How about the 9D8N travelling mode? Will it also be first class sleeper ?
Is the accommodation for both tour package the same for both 5 stars hotel the same as this list - Cairo Le Meridien Pyramids, Aswan Helnan Aswan Hotel , how about Aswan ?
Day 3 difference is Day tour to Memphis and Sakkara for 9D8N and Day tour to Abu Simple Temple for 10D9N (Optional 100P more)

I’m sorry cannot answer some if your basic questions, as I did not use train, or intentionally choose to stay over nite anywhere except Cairo this time. Here’s what I suggest, first Emo Tours was the best to us!!! You can call them and discuss your package of interests, why costs differ, and get what you want. They’re flexible as the aim is to satisfy. Once you decided what you want to do while there, it’s the land of negotiating. They love it, and a normal custom of interaction. It’s a beautiful place, authentic people and safe. I have never felt saver in my life. Enjoy

It may vary by destination, but I don't believe they attempt to group together parties from different reservations. I traveled solo and it was just me with a guide and a driver, in a small car.
