Yasmeen has been amazing to us. She’s been accommodating from the very beginning when we booked our trip and she’s been very helpful. Every time we msgd her, she was always prompt replying back to us no matter what time of the day it was. We are leaving for our trip tomorrow and hopefully we will be back to give another 5 star review. Thank you so much Yasmeen for putting together our exciting journey to Egypt💫

COORDINATION OF OUR TRIP TO EGYPT

ASMAA WANEES is a wonderful travel consultant. Every time I have a question she promptly answers me and accommodates our plans. She has heard what we want to do on our trip to Egypt in September 2020 and helped us plan it so very well, even when I keep adding attractions, she has always come through for us. I would highly recommend this lovely lady.

What can I say except this was an insanely great tour. I had my doubts about how well tours would go since this is my first time doing one but wow.

Tour Manager: Tarek Magdy
Let's start with Tarek. His English is superb and he moves really fast! He was extremely detailed with his work and explanation but I couldn't be happier. Tarek provided us with a quick run down of our itinerary and even suggested more activities to do outside the scope of it because he thought "these stuff on the itinerary is too educational and I'm sure you want to do something else more fun" and he was absolutely 💯 right! Tarek made sure that we were taken cared of from start to finish and to top it all off, he told us that when we finish with our cruise from Luxor to Aswan, he would help us get covid tested and everything so that we are all set to return home safely. Insane service!

Guide/Egyptologist: Hany Abo Zaid
We loved having Hany as our guide and it was an absolute pleasure. He's a little low energy but what he lacks in energy, he makes up for his immense knowledge of Egypt and how personable he is. Not only did he do an amazing job coordinating our rides, making sure we stayed safe at all times, and took us to non-tourisy home cook restaurants, we were able to talk to him on some personal topics top. We were incredibly sad to leave Cairo and wished he could've been our guide for the entire 8 day trip but I'm sure he would be tired of us.

All in all, I couldn't have been happier with the tour and their ground staff and if I could give them OVER 5 stars, I would. Everything from food to transportation was all handled for us and we didn't even have to lift a finger. I never knew it was so easy to use a tour... or maybe it's just this group!

Smoothest Vacation Ever!!

When planning our trip to Egypt, my wife had no idea how to go about arranging our activities. She did a google search and Memphis Travel came up. She contacted an agent from Memphis Travel and from this first call he handled all the arrangements and the entire trip went off without a hitch from the moment we were picked up from the airport in Cairo by Tarek. We spent three days in Cairo, touring the city with an excellent driver and Egpytologist guide, supplied by Memphis Travel, taking us to all the best spots in Cairo. We then flew down to Luxor and took a Nile cruise to Aswan. Again, Memphis Travel made the trip to the airport in Cairo from the hotel a breeze and MT made sure a guide was waiting for us in Luxor to take us to our cruise ship. While we were in Luxor we spontaneously added a hot air balloon ride when we were told that this was an option. We loved it; we will be doing it again. We had Medhat Nasry as a guide in Luxor all the way down the Nile to Aswan. The food on the cruise ship was delicious and the massage felt great after all the walking we had done. Lastly, we took a flight to Hurghada for some time on the Red Sea. Ali, an employee of MT, and a MT driver met us at the airport and we were swiftly taken to our hotel. Memphis Travel arranged parasailing and scuba diving. Our whole family, including our 13 y.o. son and 16 y.o. daughter, went scuba diving. This was certainly one of the many highlights on our trip. This trip is by far one of the best our family has ever taken and that is in large part due to the efficiency and customer service of everyone at Memphis Travel. Our family has travelled to every continent, except Antarctica, so we know a good travel service when we see one. We cannot recommend Memphis Travel enough, you won't be disappointed.

Professionalism of Tour Consultant Alaa Mandour

My wife and I were booked to go on a Nile cruise in early May 2020. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 crisis we had to cancel our trip. I would like to commend outrTour Consultant, Alaa Mandour, for keeping us fully informed as to what was occurring. Any time we sent Alaa an email seeking an update she responded promptly and in a professional manner. It must be very difficult to address everone's queries during this difficult period, but Alaa did a great job. She has impressed us with her and the companies professionalism and all going well we plan to re-book our trip in 12 months time. Thank you Alaa.

NYE in Egypt

My friend and I traveled from Chicago to Egypt for the first time and had an amazing experience. We felt like we really got to see everything we came for and more. It was really nice to relax and not worry about transportation at all. And even though we came during the busy season, everything ran smoothly still. They were also very flexible with us - letting us change things around and adding tours last minute to our itinerary. Would definitely book with them again! Also shoutout to Afifi for being a great tour manager!

Excited to visit Egypt

We were so excited about out planned trip to Egypt this April. Unfortunately, the Corona virus got in the way. Yasmeen was so good about answering all of our questions and clarifying different points about the planned trip.
We had to cancel this April trip, and Yasmeen was super kind and helpful with that too. We will definitely re-book in the future, and hopefully get sweet Yasmeen as our coordinator!!!

Nile cruise and sightseeing in Cairo.

We booked a cruise but unfortunately we were unable to travel, because of our government's restrictions. The service we have received from the tour operator especially Asmaa cannot be faulted. She always answered my queries promptly. For sure we will use their services again once we are allowed to travel. Keep up the good work. Wishing you and your team well in the current environment.

Memphis/Trans Travel is simply the best!!!

We just returned from an AMAZING family trip in Egypt, thanks to the staff at Memphis/Trans Travel. Alaa, Tarek, Azab, Mohamed, Saddam, and the rest of the dedicated staff took exceptional care of us, making sure the trip ran smoothly from start to finish, and that we were treated like royalty the entire time. Two days before our trip, we were upgraded to the Eyaru Dahabiya, which has to be one of the most luxurious ships cruising the Nile, with only 8 cabins (12 people maximum) and everything on board hand-crafted, down to the last detail. This is one of our all-time favorite adventures and we have these folks to thank for it!
