Thank's a lot Jay,, our tour was awesome. We went to a lot of places related to BTS: Spring Day & War of Hormone MV Locations,, lunch at BTS's favourite BBQ restaurant,, Shopping in BT21 store & Garosu-Gil,, Snack & photo stop at Laundry Pizza,, and Gangnam K Star Road. All in a day! We also learned a lot about Korea and the car was very very comfortable. Totally recommend One Day Korea Tour for everybody. Jay as the tour guide too. He took professional photos inspired by the MVs to us, retouched some of his favourites, and sent them to our email.

As part of a 5 day visit to Seoul my wife and I were looking for an activity that took us out of the city for a while and experience the outdoors of Korea a bit more. We discovered the one day Korea tours and the 1 day Bukahansan mountain hike and dragon hill spa visit looked perfect.

We were picked up in the morning by our guide, Justin, and we had a fantastic time in his company. Overall, the Bukahansan hike took about 4 hours and we were able to see an beautiful old Buddhist temple and climb to a 560m peak in the mountains. Justin was very informative of the history of the place and was very attentive to how we were getting on with the hiking and ensuring we were safe.

After finishing the hike, we then went for a lunch in the village at the foot of the mountain and had an excellent tofu stew. We asked Justin for a recommendation on where to eat and highly recommend other groups to do the same. It was very nice to share a meal with him!

After that we were taken to the Dragon Hill spa in Seoul and had a couple of hours to use the facilities. The spa has a good mix of saunas, cool rooms and relaxation areas.

Additionally, Justin took many photos for us during the day and he sent them through to us very quickly afterwards. It is nice to have the memories captured!

Overall I would highly recommend doing this activity. My recommendation is to book directly through One Day Korea tours as we did. Whilst they don't offer the lunch included package as trip advisor do, it is actually cheaper for you to book through one day Korea and buy lunch for your group and the guide on the day.

One day Korea is highly rated on trip advisor but it's a very disappointing experience for us, especially towards the end of our tour with our tour guide. We joined a day tour to nami island , petite France and rail bike park.

Our tour guide Terry was rather quiet to start with, basically polite but not very passionate. Bare explanation on the things we see/do. We thought it's a personality thing though you would expect more of a tour guide. Most of the time I was the one initiating conversation rather than him as a tour guide.

I guessed it took us half an hour more on nami island . He didn't say a thing but I sensed that he's getting hurried.

After we finished all three places, we headed back Seoul. In Seoul there was traffic jam and it took us an extra 20 min to go back to the hotel. By the time we arrived it's around 6:50. The original itinerary was to be back at 6. Although we were delayed for 30min at the beginning, we should be able to go back at 6:30 without traffic jam.

In the last 30 min on our way back(when traffic jam started ), Terry grew very impatient, I could tell from his gestures. But traffic jam is none of our fault right?!?!

When we finally pulled over, I needed to pay 214000won. At first I gave him big banknotes, thinking that he could give me the change, but he said he didn't hv the change. So I needed to calculate again but I got mixed up with the few 50000 banknotes. So I needed to take back the money, re-calculate and showed him. AND THEN, during that time, he kept saying OH MY GOD OH MY GOD OH MY GOD in disdain !!!!!Ok maybe it was my mistake for being clumsy with the money ! But what's that supposed to mean?!?! OMG with sneering ?!?!?! It was so rude and impolite!!! They r already charging usd110/pax!!! And he's giving me this attitude?!

I was so dissatisfied !! He didn't even wanna say goodbye if I hadn't Initiated it !!!
I think that's rather basic etiquette as a tour guide?!

It was so disappointing Coz this agency ranked second on trip advisor and they got full stars ratings . Everybody is praising them. Weird thing though there are reviews that praise this tour guide, terry, saying he's funny, nice, give detailed explanation.... Well we hv nothing whatsoever .... We didn't feel welcomed at all. I could only feel his impatience and he's often in a hurry to finish the tour. I think this travel agent is totally overrated.

One Day Korea tours is extremely responsive and accommodating. I was traveling with a friend and I am in a wheelchair. Mrs. Yan went to great lengths to support my unique needs. She spent a great deal of time with me on email discussing private tour options and we arranged a very nice tour for the 2 of us for 2 days.

Unfortunately in the end, I decided to cancel the tour due to the coronavirus explosion in Korea. Due to my illness, I cannot take the risk. Yan was very understanding and refunded me in full immediately.

When I first started planning my sightseeing trip to Seoul, I contacted 3 of the top rated tour agencies on TripAdvisor. One Day Korea responded right away. A second agency responded a few days later. The third agency never responded.

Yan responded to all of my correspondence quickly and thoroughly. She was very accommodating in all respects.

If I ever have the opportunity to sightsee in Seoul again, I will definitely do it with One Day Korea.

We had a great one day private tour of Seoul with Justin yesterday. We went to see the Royal Guards Changing Ceremony, Gyeongbokgung Palace, Bukchon Hanok Village, Insadong, Jogyesa Buddhist Temple, Gwangjang Market and N Seoul Tower, which we would have been hard pressed to see on our own in a day. Justin made sure to take us to the best spots for photos, and gave us historical information as needed. He was happy to answer any questions that we had for him, and took us for a very tasty lunch. The schedule was sufficiently flexible that if we wanted to stay longer for some things and make others faster it wasn’t a problem.

While we could have seen these things on our own, going on the tour enabled us to see them in a day and provided us with extra information that we wouldn’t have had access to. Great day!

We did two days with Justin and Jess - one day tour city : old and new, and the second day seeing the DMZ.

Both days were fantastic. Justin seriously goes out of his way to make sure everything is perfect. He is very knowledgeable and adds a lot of fun into the day.

Jess was quite new to the team but she added great information and fun to the day as well.

Justin took heaps of photos for us.

We would definitely recommend both Jess and Justin and the team at One Day Korea, and hope to be in Seoul again to catch up and use their services again.

We were just blown away how Justin our tour guide was so hospitable and approachable in making our trip perfect last Feb 2. He even has a professional camera, took photos and uploaded to google drive immediately after the trip! It was a seamless private tour we started at alpaca world, headed to Soyang Sky Walk and Nami Island. Justin was a great driver, tour guide and he even agreed that we dropped off at Dongdaemun instead of our hotel so we could tour some more. I hope when we come back he will be assigned to us again. Thanks a lot One Day Korea and Justin!!!

This was a full day excursion with a wonderful hike in the beautiful Bukhansan National Park, Korean Lunch and a relaxing Sauna experience. Our guide Justin was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He led us safely up the mountain and shared his profound knowledge about Seoul, Korea and its history with us. On our way up we visited a Buddhist temple and Justin gave us a lot of background information about this stunning place of peace and beauty. It was a hot (31 degrees C) and sunny day and the hike was quite steep, but on a mainly wooded trail in the shade and there was plenty of time to stop and catch your breath. The views from the peak were breathtaking and certainly worth the effort! It was great that Justin shared the many pictures he took during the hike with us - a really nice souvenir of the day. He also gave us valuable recommendations for further activities during our stay in Seoul - very much appreciated.
Lunch was in a small local restaurant, a delicious Korean dish with homemade kimchi/beef dumplings, tofu and vegetables. Yum!
The sauna after the hike was very relaxing and made this lovely day trip perfect. Thanks Justin for your competent and friendly guidance.
We would highly recommend this day trip for anyone who likes hiking and the outdoors!

My husband and I went for the unique autumn day tour on 13th of October 2015. Our guide Duke was like a friend and the photos he took were unforgetable memories for us.

The tour started with a visit to the beautiful ginkgo forest, followed by the interesting Herbanara farm and also the picturesque Mont Blanc cable car ride.

Since we finished visiting all the places in the itinerary early, Duke mentioned that we have time to visit Jumunjin for lunch. This was our favorite part of the trip since we were able to eat an amazing crab feast. We also visited Terarosa coffee shop for a short coffee and tea break.

Finally, we finished the trip with a night view of the water fountain at the bridge by the Han river.

Overall, we were really satisfied with the services provided. A special thanks to Duke for being like a warm friend and for being patient during the trip.

We will definitely use their service again if we are to visit Korea again and highly recommend this company to everyone. Keep up the good work!
