This place is permanently closed. Nothing on the 9th floor anymore. A quick Google search will show you that there is not a store at this location unfortunately.

K-live is located in one of the malls of Dongdaemun. I came here for the Big Bang and G-Dragon hologram concert, which was around 50 minutes. The hologram concert was ok, not as good as I expected so I don't think I will come back for another one. There are K-pop souvenirs like albums, T-shirts and merchandises where you can buy. I think you should only come to this place if you are a super big fan of K-pop or any of the groups with hologram concert here.

Bought my tickets through FuntasticKorea website and got 40% off original price tickets. The place is quite small but quite a lot to see. A couple of photo booth opportunities (KRW5,000 each) to take pics with your favourite stars, a merchandise gift shop, and a balcony overlooking Dongdaemun and DDP (night view is the best!). I went for the Big Bang special at 6pm. Hologram concert runs for about 40 mins. They take your photo before you get seated and if your photo comes out in the middle of the concert, you win a prize. Sadly, I didn't get chosen :(. Although it was a Big Bang special concert, there was only about 3 BB songs and the rest was mainly GD doco and songs. I spent about 2 hours there.

We came here out of curiosity, not knowing what to see. Here, you get to purchase souvenirs that are related to KPop bands such as PSY, Big Bang, Taeyang, G Dragon and so forth. Quality isn't that great especially when it comes to T shirts. Anyhow, there are interactive technology that enables you to do selfies with your favourite artists through photobooth (5,000 Won), hologram interactive games. There's even sessions where you can do KPop music video. K-Live is located on the top floor of the Lotte Department Store directly across from Dongdaemun Design Plaza. It's not opened on Monday. Anyhow, the highlight of this place would have to be the hologram performance (not free, either). If you are ambivalent about it, this is not the place for you. I suppose curiosity has killed the cat in me. This is definitely a trend event and many years from now, it won't be relevant anymore.

I watched the YG family performance starring psy and bigbang. Since i know the songs and the artiste i enjoyed my time there. The effects and hologram are world class and made it seem so real. Merchandise are also for sale. I would go back again to watch the JYP nation show,

Wanted to see a hologram concert so i came here and I'm glad. It was Psy and Big bang so i knew all the songs (4 in total)
The artists has (prerecorded) interaction which was fun. The hologram effects were good, and while i didnt believe it was real, it was still enough for me. Ill be going back again if they have different artists

Have heard lots of people and advertising raving about this place so thought would give it a go...but wasn't that exciting.... the technology still needs catching up as the low frame rates makes it not look as real as it could be...

Kids loved seeing a hologram concert for the first time. When you go in you can get your photo taken in a booth and they superimpose your face on bodies - great for a laugh. We ended up winning free tickets as my son's image was selected. Only takes about 30-40mins but good fun.

While I enjoyed my experience watching KLive (2PM, GOT7), I don't think non-Kpop fans would appreciate this very much. Admission is cheap though at about 13,000 Won.
Do check out the Kpop website to see the 'performers' and the show times. Would have wanted to watch Big Bang and Psy -- but I was early so ended up watching groups I'm not familiar with.
Would recommend to watch shows from 6 onwards as there are more people watching. It's better to watch with fans :)
