This imposing building stands on the island of Yeouido at the opposite end to the 63 City building. While it stands out from its surroundings you can take photos from a distance, but that's about as close as you can get. Visitors are not allowed inside!

I have visited the National Assembly Political many times and I absolutely love it. It is also very interesting insight and I have also done a TV show there. The tour was also interesting, but also just walking around taking pictures is interesting. Connect your visit with a trip to the library as well.

I was there during spring in Apr17 for spring flower festival.
It was cherry blossom season.
Beautiful cherry blossom along the road behind the building.
But too crowded, couldn't take a nice shot.
Still worth a visit during cherry blossom season.

Sculptures dot the perimeter of the building. River park adjacent to the north. Exhibitions, vendors, and festivals can line the north and south borders of the building (research to find what may be going during your visit). I could not determine if there are interior tours given.

Everyone can tour but you need to reserve for tour of the National Assembly 3 days forward. It's located in yeouido and take the line 9 exit 6 or 9 at the National Assembly station. You can eat lunch at the library cafe of the National Assembly with very good price.

Beautiful building. Right by the Han River. Good location also, in Yeouido. A lot of restaurants around

I was dismayed that we couldn’t go into the building that houses the party members were justice and freedom in a democracy are carried out. One can only hope that eventually it will be the house where members of a unified Korea can gather end enjoy peace and prosperity to both North and South Korea. It has a beautiful dome and looks like the building has been crafted from that of a building from Washington D.C. We didn’t get to see the cherry blossoms as we were there a couple of months before that happens. Even though we couldn’t see the inside of the building, it was fun for 15 minutes to walk around and take pics.

The facade looked like an Olympus in my perspective because of the humongous structures. Who wouldn't get awed with the sight that it's actually a political place in South Korea? Great place to stroll and to witness such a historic place
