Also known as Nowon Light Garden(노원불빛정원).
It's a good family park to visit during sunny day. The location is 15~20 min walk from Metro Line #6 Hwarangdae Station.
There are trains and trams used in the past. Closed station also brings nostalsia.
It is said an amazing illumination goes on from sunset to 10 pm. I think people in the neighborhood come to enjoy it in the evening.

The park used to be really cool and relaxing, lots of nature, and people would come and chill there. But they couldn't just keep things nice so they removed a bunch of trees to install weird LED art, a plastic tunnel with LEDs, fake trees and zebras. Now they are in the process of removing more trees to build a noise barrier for the 6-lane road next to it.
