Excellent and reliable shuttle services in Tbilisi. Booked a van to the airport for the family and myself with so many bags. The cost was very reasonable. The driver came exactly as per our booked timing. The van was spotless, airconditioned and comfortable. The driver was extremely helpful, loaded and offloaded all our suitcases. Very careful and safe driver. Will always use this company when back in Tbilisi.

I recommend.
We had ordered two transports Tbilisi -Omalo, Shatili-Tbilisi (a very difficult road)
Despite my fears, the driver (Karthlos) waited on time at the agreed place. Very responsible and well-driven driver. He speaks English so there was no problem with communication and we had constant contact by phone. He was very helpful. There was no problem with changing our route when we had to change plans and go back to Omalo.

We had a Georgian roundtrip with our family. We experienced very proffessional service. Do not consider to rent a car and to drive on Georgia yourself if you come from Cntral/Northern Europe. The driver Mirza was so polite, punctual, safely driving and helpful.

We went with our little daughter (1.5 yr old) to Georgia and looked for a company offering child seats on their airport transfers, where we found "Transfers Georgia" online. Even though the transfers were a bit pricey, we booked three transfers from Airport Batumi, Batumi City to Kobuleti and back.
Service via whatsapp was initially great and very responsive and the first two transfers were punctual, reliable and as we expected it, with child seat. We were 100% satisfied.
However, the last transfer back from Kobuleti to Batumi was a disaster. I had reminded them 24 h before on the requirement for a child seat, but still the driver came without it. After we tried to contact the Service via whatsapp why there was no child seat, there was no reaction. We reluctantly agreed to get on the car.
Once arrived at the airport, the driver then told us, that we have to pay the transfer, even though we already had paid at the time of booking via Paypal online, and wanted to hold us back.

Worst company to use. Their driver didn't speak a word of English. Was watching TV on his phone while driving. Took ridiculous amounts of smoke and petrol breaks. Car wasn't cleaned for days.
They literally stole our money. Never again.

We have booked three transfers for myself, my wife and our 2 and a half year baby.
We have had a private transfer from Kutaisi to Tbilisi, from Tbilisi to Batumi with a beautiful stop for a typical lunch along the way and finally from Batumi to the airport in Kutaisi.
All drivers were very nice and have driven safety. Good cars and all in order.
We can absolutely recommend this company to everyone who is traveling through Georgia!

We used Transfers Georgia Service couple month ago,They have very skilled drivers, They offered as minivan for 6 People, Driver was nonsmoker and English/Russian speaker, he was guiding us in Georgia. It was also cheaper than Travel Agency. We traveled in Kazbegi Trinity Church and from There back to Kutaisi Airport.

My husband and I booked transportation from Tbilisi to Guduari. The transportation never showed up. When we tried calling the company to see what was going on, but the phone line was “temporarily unavailable”. We then had to scramble to find different transportation, and we lost hours doing so. Book your transportation with a different company. This company is very unprofessional and unreliable.

We booked a roundtrip transfer from our hotel to the airport with Transfers Georgia, they no-showed us on our pickup and we had to find a taxi last minute in order to make our flight on time. When contacted, they said the driver was late due to traffic... Fast forward to our return, and once again there was no one to meet us at the airport. We subsequently had to find another cab to take us back to our hotel. When contacted, they again blamed it on traffic, however, while driving to the hotel we did not encounter any traffic whatsoever. Thankfully this was not our first trip in Georgia, so we at least knew the layout of the city and what to expect of a cab fare to/from the airport. If this had been our first exposure to Tbilisi, we would have been in a much dire situation. We would highly recommend NOT using this company, as they proved to us, not once, but twice that they are incapable of adhering to their schedule pickup times.

Could you please provide us your last name please, Yes there was such a situation when main roads was closed due to the demonstration we called you and also covered your transfer from airport and we also made a refund.
