As an American tourist without children, I enjoyed walking around the park looking at the rides and the interesting buildings. The park was a bit confusing for me, i was trying to avoid stairs. The center of the park going up hill is one big continuous staircase. If you take the path to the far right you will head toward the Ferris Wheel, and I think at the end it connects to the other side. Otherwise I preferred the road on the far left which went to the center “golden tree” with panorama point and then up to the roller coaster. I bought a $6 Pomegranate juice from a vendor who looked like she was going to cry because I made her work…maybe you could have ur employees act happy in your amusement park?

Take the funicular up (which by itself is already an experience), for about 21 GEL (retour).
You arrive with a restaurant to your right and a café to your left you feel like trying either, or just go straight ahead into the park.
It's a (somewhat dated) amusement park with mostly rides for kids, but it's well maintained and fun to have a look at even if you don't have children. (The rides are paid individually).
There's plenty of places where you can get food and because you're on top of the hill, great panorama's all around.
If this isn't high enough for you get, take the ferris wheel. Bring a coat cause it does get windy.

Took a ride to the top via the Funicular. Its 8 Gel per person per way. The view from the top is breathtaking as it offers amazing views of the city. There are smaller attractions like Jurassic Park (for Kids -Entry 5 Gel per pax) ,the giant wheel (5 Gel per pax) , the Haunted house (5Gel per pax), etc. Plenty of games stalls, a handful of restaurants and snack shacks too. Loads of place to take selfies and very green and picnic friendly. Gets very windy up here so hold on to your cap or hat and watch out for the best views.

I did not find this place that special as for me the views from Narikala Fortress were better. Since it is not so high, you can see the city better. Mtatsminda is located quite high, you need to go about 10-15 minutes on car uphill, so the city looks small from above and there are many trees blocking it. Furthermore, I saw only the amusement park there which is nothing special if you are not a child. There is a restaurant with views and of course many street vendors for food and souvenirs. For a tourist it is not so interesting, I think this activity is more for inhabitants of Tbilisi looking for a rest from the city center.

It was quite nice, a little dry but very green. There’s a funicular and a restaurant up top (it opens at 2pm — we arrived too early), and a lovely large cafe with fresh baked goods.

I’m not quite sure what it was called, but there was a nice waiter who helped us pick some Georgian snacks/drinks, and their tarts were to die for.

Best way to go up to Mount Mtatsminda is to use Funicular Car, from the down station to upper station, the trip might take max 5mins.
Tbilisi City View is wonderful from up and you can enjoy Georgian Food at Funicular Complex Restaurant.
Great garden over the mountain where you can enjoy the trees, flowers and the walk.
Also there is an amusement park where kids can enjoy their time.

We were here in September 2019 and took the Funicular railway up and down. The park is in an amazing location overlooking the city. It's free to have a look around and you then pay for any of the rides you want to go on.

The park has been well maintained - there are new and old rides here, including a big Ferris wheel and the obligatory ex-Soviet radio tower. As others have said, the park is on the side of the hill, so it's not a flat park but there is a land train which drives around in a loop if you don't want to walk.

You could spent 20 minutes or hours here depending on how much you want to do - definitely recommended for a visit.

It is worth visiting especially with the kids. Be advised that card charge can be done only at the cable tram cashier, otherwise you will have to be back if you want to participate in some attractions. 2 buses are coming there as well, is is not far away at all.

The mountain offers excellent views over the city from several vantage points. You can hike up the mountain, take the funicular or the bus. Attractions on the mountain include the pantheon and the amusement park. A tall TV tower is a prominent landmark. Apart from the attractions and the views, the mountain is also famous for its greenery. It is a great place to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle of the big city below.

The amazing view from the mount Mtatsminda is something you shouldn't miss out on when in Tbilisi. It's children-friendly as well. At night is more beautiful if you are looking for a nice view however later at night it's very empty if you are interested in more crowded place
