Dear Urshita, We always do everything to provide our guests with the best service possible. Our staff is constantly trained to give proper PR to everyone in the casino. But if there was any case when someone from our staff didn't treat our client well, we take it very seriously. Please give me more details on the date and time of your visit, who exactly didn't treat you well or didn't give you information requested (was it a receptionist, a dealer, a waiter/waitress). Also I have to mention that there is a shift-manager on the floor 24/7, and if you feel you get inappropriate level of service, you can always address the issue to the manager and he/she will take immediate measures. As for Blackjack, our tables are universal, that means we can open any card game on any table. At some periods Blackjack is less popular than other games, so we open one table for it, but when it is required we have more Blackjack tables. We do not have lari tables at all; our table games are in dollar chips. Slots are lari only.
