Nestled in tranquility, this place is a true gem. The abundance of restaurants offering lake-view dining creates a picturesque backdrop for every meal. Whether you're an individual seeking solace, a couple sharing moments, or a family making memories, this destination caters to all. Safety and cleanliness embrace you as you explore the paths by foot or take a leisurely run. Its seamless accessibility, just 15 minutes by car from downtown, makes it a haven of convenience. While I've been fortunate to visit many times, this occasion stood out as witnessing the sunset added a touch of magic to the already enchanting experience.

I had my first beer exactly in this lake. You can actually buy bottles of beer and walk around the mountains. I have never done this my whole life. We hike through the mountains with a bottle of beer. On the top of the mountain you will see a wide greenery, it feels like I'm on a different dimensions. We sat there and watch the sunsets with the sheep's and horses walking around. I love this place. I so love this place.

Getting up the hill is easy by bus number 29, which starts from station square.
The journey to the destination itself gives some beautiful view of the city.
The locality is undertaken by the Private bank of Georgia and thus is always clean and composed. Cycles are given for rent, near the lake.
Viewing the sunset is the best thing to gift yourself after the tedious day.!
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Very nice area in Tbilisi if you are tired of the city and miss some nature. Very easy to get there on a taxi if you don't have a car. The place is way too overcrowded though so you won't enjoy peace in nature anymore as many years ago but who knows, maybe it depends on the timing. Have been there several times this year and it's full of loud people. I would just go somewhere closer and less crowded with the same nature.

You can hire a bicycle and see around .
It should be great in summer but in March it was cold and some activities were closed .
You can go there by yandex taxi and also there was a great restaurant.
I think this is not a high priority things to do in Tbilisi .

A nice lake, but not too much to visit. It's a good place for cycling or running. I expected mountains be more green. But it's good overall to watch nature.

It's one of the very unfortunate occurrences in the city, when a nice secluded place turns into a bedlam after it is pursued by investment interests.
Lisi lake used to be my favorite place to visit in the nature, it was a bit wild though safe and peaceful.
However about a couple of years ago it got "renovated" by the owner of the land, new padded roads were added along with "Lisi Lounge" which is a source of fairly loud music and a horrible noise which completely ruins tranquility of the water as it is situated right on the lake bank.
If you are a fan of a night time party on the lake, and noisy gatherings this will be the place for you, just make sure to take extra blankets and come by a car as it can get chilly there (especially in autumn and winter, when the lake freezes), however for me it's another quiet cozy place gone bad.

Small lake, not so clean, not so dirty. Rcently they started to renovate the surroundings - planted trees, cleaned little bit, put the pavement
