Inya lake has two sides, one is located on Pyay road and another is on Kabaraye pagoda road. One on pyay road is usually more crowded than the other side. This lake is good for doing exercises in the morning and some shops are also available near this lake. Decoration is good but there are only few trees.

An open space for walking, jogging, and exercising. The fresh air and the Inya lake view make me rejuvenating, and relaxing.

Inya lake is in the heart of Yangon and can be a great place to relax or get some exercise. There is a great part where you can enjoy lunch and a drink beside the water and surrounded by lovely gardens. Mix with the friendly locals as you take a walk around the lake or take a picnic and lay back on the lawns. If you have kids it’s safe for them to run around and play there are playgrounds. It’s a great place to visit if you are nearing the end of hectic travels.
