Maha Bandula Park is a public area for people. This is located near Immanuel Baptist Church & YCDC building. Sometimes I went there for just relax.

It's beautiful and nice place to chill alone or with your friends in the evening but the park is closed after 6 PM, sometimes 6:30 PM.

The Mahabanddoola garden is central located.there are seats & water fountains on north side.occupying the centre is the Independence monument.An obelisk surrounded by 2 concentric circles of chinthe.Celebrates independence in 1948.amazing architectural spire
