What the last reviewer has said isn't true and the photos he posted are not photos of this church. He got confused! The church he went is Saint-Anne, near the Railway Station. I go to Sainte-Anne every Sunday and I work only 500 meters away...More

A pleasant visit since Kinshasa has nothing magnificent to visit this cathedral in the center is worth a short visit.

Centrally located, the Cathedrale Notre-Dame is worth a visit if for no other reason than the fresco of an African Jesus and his African followers over the front altar. Those with a nostalgia for yesteryear will like the grotto outside to the Blessed Virgin.

The place artsy to everyone who loves tourism for old discovery and tombs. The interior is better than the outside, but'll be much better if they can refurbish more while not ruining its old shape. The ushers are welcomed into that church and after church...More
