When I first found out that it would've cost 90.00 for the tour and an additional 100.00 for the permit, my first reaction was, "kinda pricy". But during and after the complete all day tour, I thought it was worth more than what I paid. All the pictures, videos, stories, and description cannot compare to the actual experience. Kudos to our guide "Swing" who made it a personal tour.

One week is not enough to absorb the full beauty of Palau. We plan on taking another trip very soon.

We went with Fish n Fins who sport 34' -ish boats powered by twin 225 horse Suzuki engines. Truly, operators with the horsepower make this tour exceptional! Loved this tour when sunny, cloudy or even in torrential downpour...well maybe a little less. The driving rain was spiky feeling at that speed :0)

Great place to ride a boat to see the islands, kayak or just enjoy. Every trip to the dive site was enhanced by the ride through these islands. Magical

Can't beet the sites, but the local greed and take it if you can attitude makes the place a less than desirable destination. I will dive elsewhere.

It truly doesn't get much more beautiful than a day trip to the Rock Islands. Crystal clear water and breathtaking scenery.

Wonderful place to see marine conservation in action. You wil not regret one minute that you spend in the rick Islands. Years of marine conservation mean that you will see sharks, marine turtles, and all sorts of larger fish species. Ulong Channel and Big Drop Off are definitely highlights. Jellyfish Lake is a must see.

These islands are very photogenic on a clear day. The best way to see them is on an organized boat tour.

Unlikely that a visitor to Palau would not consider the visit to the Rock Islands an integral part of their visit! However, I would like to add, that as a snorkeler, do not be dismayed that you don't dive, as these Rock Islands are a paradise to snorkel as well as dive. Choose an outfitter that has a group of snorkelers, rather than divers, to get the best experience. I believe this is the best snorkeling I have ever experienced!

I have snorkeled a few places, Belize, Hawaii, etc. But i have to say this was the most gorgeous coral gardens and fish filled snorkeling that i have experienced yet.
