Best Zips I have ever seen / done -- fast, long, scenic. Hike is not too strenuous, but borderline dangerous in the rain. Waterfalls are nice but not breathtaking. Overall, if you have the time to burn (off gassing from diving, etc.), not a bad 1/2 day trip. For me, the Zips were the only part of the excursion I... More

Grab a coconut from the ladies at the top and enjoy working your way down to the falls through a number of different ecosystems. Look for fish and tadpoles on the rock flow, keep an eye out at ground level for tiny pitcher plants and in the trees for much larger ones. You'll need to take plenty of water and... More

It is a good hike along jungle path. It is a tallest waterfall in Micronesia. Please be caution as the hike path can be slippery. Entrance fee is USD10.

It was quite a strenuous walk to (and from) the falls, especially as you have to cross a patch of very slippery rock. Follow the monorail if you are in doubt where to go. You could always just take the monorail or the zip-line, I guess. The waterfall is beautiful, and my family had a nice refreshing 'shower'. Entrance fee... More

I was aware of the drought in Palau so was not expecting a torrent. I did enjoy the zip wires down expensive but preferred it to walking in such hot humid conditions. The waterfall was nothing special and the ride up in preference to walking on the monorail was noisy but again preferred to walking

A moderate hike across rolling hills and through the forest valley is rewarded with the stunning sight of Micronesia's tallest waterfall!

We went during a drought and the waterfall was running at a trickle of what it's supposed to be usually, but we were still happy we made the hike. It's very scenic and not far, although parts of it are very steep. Anyone worried about a lot of steps should consider taking the little tram.

Its a long walk down and seems longer climbing back out. Probably 2-3 miles, into a lush and dark canyon with interesting pools and on the river on the bottom, highlighted by an interesting watefall, maybe 3-400 feet drop in a cool grotto like environment. And then of course the story of the One Eyed Fish.

We went to this falls as a stop on the Cultural tour offered by Sam's tour. The falls was beautiful but was a strenuous, uneven walk down and then back to see the falls. Since this looked like a little more difficult than some of the older folks in the group could handle we took the "monorail" down and back.... More
