Got certified and had my first dives here! The workers are mellow and professional. We were fortunate enough to see Mantas, Sharks, Turtles and exotic fish near German Channel!

Booked Hotel and diving with Sam's Tours in January of 2020, cancellation policy states, "If prior to arrival and deposit was made, 5% of the deposit will be charged plus any additional hotel cancellation fees that may apply." However, once the CORVID-19 epidemic broke out they refused to give refunds and stated that they will give a credit if used within the following 18 months. I don't know how the company didn't ask every client before the tour if they knew how to swim? The manager's response when I complained was rude, and then he blamed me for being demanding. The lunch was meh. One of the other clients was smoking throughout the tour, which was irritating. I took a trip with another Japanese company and found the trip significantly better and less expensive. I don't recommend this company.…

I’ve been diving with Sam’s since 2012, and I can’t recommend it enough. The dive shop is so well organised, everything runs like clockwork. The guides are great, nothing is too much trouble. Just had another amazing trip, mantas, jellyfish and too many sharks to count. Thank you, Daniel, Sean, Sharon, Jeremy, Matt, Rikke, Joon, and the ever smiling Jahan, you make me feel at home.…
