It was hard to find as Paraguay hasn’t yet figured signage to tourist areas. The drive in was through a slum area also which seemed sketchy. The view at top was limited bc of trees. There were no services at top either except for large parking lot. The sunset over the flooded river was amazing though.…

We came here on a Monday afternoon using public transportation. You can take bus number 23 from Colon street or 41-1 from Eligio Ayalla or Presidente Franco. Bus dropped us on the main road and we walked a couple of blocks to the entrance. The viewpoint is free to enter and is very peaceful and secure. You can't get a full 360 degrees view due to vegetation but the parts you can see are very nice. …

The cerro is nice, the area driving up to it it's not very nice, so I highly recommend to visit if you have a car. You get a nice view of the whole city from the top.
