The flea market is open on Sundays and located in one of the restaurant zones of Bogota. I always take out of town friends here because it’s fun to walk around the stalls and eat. You won’t find much vintage stuff here, it’s all crafts ranging from jewelry, food, toys, clothing, furniture, paintings and everything in between. Some of the things you can get there are cheap but there’s also things on the more expensive side. Lot of cheap and tacky paintings there but I actually got some nice ones from a family that paints and they sell their stuff collectively.

Usaquen in general is pretty safe but on Sundays it’s very crowded so be careful with your belongings. That said , I’ve never seen anyone get pickpocketed or robbed there on a Sunday or any other day.

Great restaurants in this area, you have to be real unlucky to have a bad meal. Some of the restaurants are a bit expensive though.

Just everything you find everywhere in Bogota, I walked half an hour and did not buy anything. Clothes, soaps, magnets, few plated gold jewelry. The only thing different was an artist who painted on old shoe form

A market held on Sundays and holidays. Lots of crafts and souvenirs. You see as many tourists as you see Colombians...more colombians in fact. Prices are good. CRaftmanship is very good to excellent. Very original pieces. I would call this a market, rather than a flea market. Nothing is vintage (except for books)

I've been so many times and always find good low-cost gifts for friends and family. There is a broad range of items and prices, from hand-made inexpensive leather bracelets and street jewelry to very expensive handcrafted items especially in the (too expensive for me) new Bogo Market adjacent to the flea market. I have favorite stalls that I tend to frequent, so my personal range is kind of limited. It helps to take your time if your are seeking handmade, local items distinct from what you can find cheaper downtown. Usaquen is a former colonial village that has been preserved and has lots of mid and upscale restaurants aside from the Mercado de las Pulgas. Great shopping destination for first-time, international visitors and return visitors to Bogota.

usaquen is very touristy nowadays and the market actually sells only souvenirs of all sort... it is nice to visit but don't expect the most exotic market or what so ever. it is a place to buy souvenirs nothing more...

This is an interesting place with lots of interesting offerings. Bring cash no credit given. Because of so many products you will likely find something you like. A plus its located near Parque de Usaquen with many great eateries nearby.

Stumbled upon this on Holy Thursday - the flea market is open on Sundays *and* holidays! Not that different from most flea markets but with huge variety - decorations, jewelry, sunglasses, coffee, blankets, bags, medicines.

- some stalls accept credit card
- haggle if you are comfortable. I felt bad given the exchange rate and I felt the prices were quite fair
- check out the delicate jewelry and artisanal coffee
- bring your camera if you like to take pictures - they don't mind
- usually open on

The Mercado de las Pulgas (Flea Market) in Usaquén was among the highlights of our visit and was one of the best places to shop for souvenirs of all sorts, at reasonable prices. Some things were more expensive than you could find if you got them at the source - such as pottery from Raquira - but still much less than you'd pay in the prime touristy city of Cartagena. Moreover, most things, such as shirts, arts and crafts, were all quite inexpensive. There is a huge choice of shops and items to buy, music and performers, many vendors selling food. Plus, the area has some interesting older buildings and actual restaurants along the streets.
