There are fruit and vegetable stalls here as well as groceries stores and other shops to buy daily necessities. Most space is taken by a food court inside a hall. Many small tables and chairs close to kitchen outlets where you can observe your food being prepared.

There are many different options to choose from Colombia's varied cuisines. Prices start at 8000 pesos for a simple 'menu del dia'. Often boards mention the different meal options, but not the prices. You have to ask before you order. Not always easy for foreigners with limited knowledge of Spanish.

Not recommended during peak hours between 12 o'clock noon and 1:30PM as usually there are very many locals working in nearby offices having lunch and staff is usually more stressed. I went there mostly between 2 and 3PM, when the place is more relaxed and friendly staff has more time to socialize.

The market usually closes at 4PM

We tried two dishes:
- the "best Ajiaco in town": nice but not delicious, just another regional soup.
- Ceviche Atomico: didn't like it at all. Just fish cubes, shrimps, avocado and mango with ketchup and olive oil on top

To be honest the price/benefit of the food is not worth it. There are places that have better service and customer service. The food is acceptable but nothing special. If you plan to go on a weekend or holiday, be prepared for crowds and wait a long time to find a table and be served. Add to that the fact that the prices of the place are not cheap at all. You can find better places, with better service, less crowded at better prices. Perhaps if you are going to try a typical dish that is difficult to find, it is a good option, but in that case, I would think that it is easier during the week.

Is not a market, It's a fod court with local food. For those who wish to get to know the food from the pacific region of Colombia, this is the place to be. Tolú is considered to be one of the best street food restaurants in Bogotá. Ajiaco at Tolú it's a must.

Local food prepared and served in the traditional way. A place that resembles the city foundation and roots. Ajiaco soup is a must!

I discovered this plaza in a food tour and then went back to have lunch and there was a lot of different options and a variety of typical food.

The place is very neglected. I expected way more. There is not variety and good offer of fruits and vegetables. There are only a couple of restaurants to have breakfast.
