10/10 experience. They have options to upgrade the bikes to brand new enduro mountain bikes which was really fun because we are avid bikers at home and got to try sweet new bikes. The bikes are much newer than all the other tours we passed that day and they take you in a small group van instead of a MASSIVE bus with heaps of people. I was 12/10 sick this day and it was 100% worth the suffer fest. The food was awesome (we loved the banana cake so much they made us our own loaf and delivered it to our hostel the next day... seriously amazing and kind people!) They keep safety as #1 and make sure we knew where any sketchy sections were before we got to them. My 55 year old mother in law was with us and she LOVED it and felt safe the whole time. Guides Willy, Edwin & angel took care of us and made it a fun time. They also provide you with lots of photos of the day with no charge.

Punctual with pickups, communicated well with the group (in English and Spanish), all participants felt comfortable and the guides waited until everyone was ready - no hurried instructions. Snacks and refreshments along the way were excellent. Cello was interesting, providing many stories and help along the way. I did this ride 12 years ago and was really impressed with how professional this company is compared with what I encountered so long ago !! I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting the experience. Thankyou "Ride On Bolivia", Edwin and Andrea for all your help.

We are very happy that we booked this tour. Our driver Santos and guide Cello (Marcelo) picked us up at our apartment before stopping to grab the bikes and gear before heading out of town. They were both awesome and made the day a great experience. They really emphasized safety and that the tour wasn't about taking silly risks. They made sure that everyone was very comfortable over the whole ride no matter what their skill level. We did have a beginner rider in our group and they had lots of support from Cello so everyone had a great time. The day was split up nicely with driving time, riding time, photo breaks and breakfast/snack/lunch breaks. With regards to the bikes, everyone in our group paid a little extra for the full suspension bikes, I am glad I did as we were riding for about 3-4 hours. The gear that the company supplies could use a little updating as there wasn't much padding left in the helmets and the shin/elbow guard straps were quite worn out. Overall it was an amazing trip and I can't recommend Cello and Santos enough!!

Our guide Willy was great, friendly and lots of stories. The trip/ride was excellent, although challenging. The equipment (bike, helmet, overalls, safety gear) was top notch. Felt safe, although the ride is challenging and the rider must be focused (act/ride like an as***) and you're going to crash or worst. The ride is long but he have plenty of oppertunies to stop and break for snacks, pictures, etc. Highly recommend!

Our guides were Chelo and Angelo and they were so good. They made us all feel really safe and made the trip so much fun. 100% would recommend this company and the guides. Cheaper than Gravity bikes but ride on is way better.
