If you only had hours to see the entire city, then the teleferico and a stop at this park is a must. Great views of the city, hills and neighboring villas; all 360 degrees of it! Be ready to climb some steps and take your time if you are new to La Paz' altitude. it will be worth your trip.

There is a good view of the surrounding city and hills from here. It's a bit of a walk up ramparts and over bridges as it spans a huge road so can be busy and noisy. There was a market on nearby when I was there. It's not so much a green park as an activity park. There are children's... More

Wasn't anything special. Neither the view nor the place itself. Doesn't worth the few bolivianos you pay for the entrance and definitely not your time! From Mirrador Killi Killi or from the telepherique you can enjoy much better views.

Be sure to walk along the green pathway. That's where the best views of the zona central are. There are a few vendors selling snacks. Felt very safe.

This viewpoint can be reached on foot from the bottom end of the Prado (take a left from Plaza Estudiantes or Plaza Bicentenario) and gives quite a nice view of the city center and Sopocachi and San Pedro areas on the other side of the valley. You can either enter the children's playground/park also called Laikakota (entrance fee 5 Bs.)... More

PROS: This walkway is a great alternative to walking on the sidewalk with fast-passing cars and exhaust. Stretches the length of the main route. This walkway offers great views of the city. The views are different than the views at Mirador Killi Kili. All in all, pretty nice walkway. CONS: There is a playground along the walk, but unfortunately it... More

Bring a camera to take beautiful pictures of the highest Wonder City in the world. Easy hike for sightseeing the city center and towering buildings all over the place.

Another La Paz mirador...I can't pick a favorite. What I did like about this one was the series of green railed walkways from the mirador down to town. I really enjoyed walking above the city for such a long distance. At the top, there is an entrance fee to get the the highest lookout point and also a children's play... More
