If you want to see beautiful 360 views of LP, I suggest walking through the park and slowly make your way down the elevated walkway. I walked up through the Miraflores neighborhood and came across the entrance to the Mirador, but was very pleased with the views from the bridge that I opted not to spend a couple of bucks to go to the top. In my opinion, the best views are while you walk down the pathway and end up in mercado camacho with local art just as intriguing and beautiful as the natural scenery. Walk up the stairs and find yourself back on the streets of LP by UMSA and El Prado.

Worth it to Go and have a nice different view of the city- of course the best one is from El Alto and from mi teleferico.
The Sky walk is interrupted for construction work, but it is possible to access it walking on the path on the main road and through steps. You have to pay the access But it is cheap.
The park is Mostly concrete but full of young couples, and the children area is not beautiful but full of families.
The mirador you can access is not the original one, as there are construction work on it.
The best option is walk and enjoy the view from the free skywalk.

The thing is, though the views are impressive from inside the park, they're really no better than they are from outside the entrance, and aside from the playground there's nothing to do inside. The route there is along an unusual winding elevated path, and it's a nice walk

It's a strange little place, seems abandoned but then they charge an entrance fee (3,5 bob). It's not that high so views are way better at mirador killi killi nearby

Unless you are racing through La Paz in a few hours, this park is totally worth a visit. It's a little bit of a drive due to climbing up to one of the green areas in the city. It's relaxing and quiet with lots of places to sit. Plus, a huge concrete slide that will turn you into a 10 year old. Not just a place to take awesome pictures...it's a great place to breathe, reflect, and observe La Paz.

The park isn't all that large not does it have lots to do and see unless you are a kid and you are there during weekends. But it does have a really nice view of the East side of La Paz and the mountain ranges.

The best view ironically is right at the end of the Laikakota park (where you need to pay 3.5b, the boardwalk is free) is right at the end after the toilet.

The boardwalk is really pleasant to stroll along though. Enjoyed it despite the drizzle.

What's more interesting is the cable car ride there! The whole ride gives you a fantastic overview of this crazy huge and super undulating city. The ride from Central Station (near the Central Bus Station) cost 7b each way.

You will need to change 3 times and the maps and names of the stations just don't match up, no matter how I tried.

Anyway here's how to get there from Central Station. Take the Orange (Naranja) line and get off at 3rd station, Heroes de la Revolucion (last station for Orange & 1st station for White)

Here, change to the White (Blanco) Line and get off at 3rd station, Del Poeta (last station for White & 2nd station for Light Blue)

Change to Light Blue (Celeste) line heading towards Chukiya Marka/El Prado which is the last stop. You could also stop a stop before Chukiya Marka at Teatro Al Site Libre but you will need to walk up all the way.

Worth a visit if it is only for a really good overview of La Paz via cable car!

Wasn't anything special. Neither the view nor the place itself. Doesn't worth the few bolivianos you pay for the entrance and definitely not your time!
From Mirrador Killi Killi or from the telepherique you can enjoy much better views.

This park offers many different entertainment options including sports fields, an auditorium, a bike path, local lunch booths, a kids park, and a museum (though it was closed for some reason when we went, perhaps it's closed on Tuesdays). While these are nice, most of them cater more towards locals as tourists aren't likely to start a pickup basketball game while here.

This location is likely more known to tourists for the view. We were one level away from the very top so perhaps missed out, but what we saw was, while nice, not as good as other options like killi killi or Mi Teleferico.

If you have a couple hours to kill, or if you have kids who may enjoy this, then it's worth a quick visit. But otherwise I would pass.

A beautiful spot to take pictures of La Paz and just enjoy the view. You shouldn't plan on spending too much time there because it is really just a photo opportunity.
