The marina/port in PdE doesn't seem to see a lot of actual boat traffic, but it's a very pleasant place to for a walk and/or go to one of the many restaurants in the immediate area.

When you walk along this waterfront promenade, you could just as well be taking a stroll in southern France. Do not miss the moonrise in this quaint spot of Punta del Este!

This city is and was a beach resort in Uruguay. It is a beautiful and modern city with a nice small port. It is a tender port for cruise ships but has a lot of nice yachts. And this is a nice, safe place to stroll. Enjoy it.

This port was so romantic and nice. I loved people selling fresh seafood on the market and feeding greedy sea lions. It was unreal to see this in real life.
