The place is nice but a little bit dirty. The service at all is very bad: people who work there, looks like, are not happy. Their humor state is not according to what the place offers. I felt also that is a mix between different...More

More creatures than you can imagine. Pinned up in displays. A collection that must have taken years and years to accumulate. Of the sea and then across the street are insects. Not free as some have posted.

Most amazing artwork to enjoy for free! Just annoying when people are all over the sculptures. Look with your eyes. Stay off the artwork for future generations!

Best alternative to the beach, not crowded, take all the pictures you want, talk to the staff, the director, or other visitors. Video, reproductions, posters, sea shells, pirates, maps, a little history, postcards, snap shots, letters, memo's, charts, fossils, crabs, sea horses, lobsters, whales, famous...More
