Dune Bashing and Camel/Animal farm

A lovely afternoon with our driver Mustafa who drove us to the Oryx farms and Camel farms while enlightening us about these animals in Abu Dhabi. The dune bashing was memorable as he showed Mustafa proudly showed us his skill at manoeuvring the Cruiser in those undulating dunes. The Adrenalin rush was just too much for some of us!!😂 We were given the opportunity to capture the beautiful sunset hanging over the dunes and then settled down to a lovely tea prepared by Mustafa. Dinner was set for us in the heart of the desert while we became comfortable on the large rug and comfy cushions that Mustafa set out under the star- studded sky.
Great hospitality and pleasant mannerisms from our host/driver/tour guide- made this a memorable experience. Definitely will do it again!

Mr. Hussain was a kind, friendly and knowledgeable tour guide! We enjoyed the private tour and saw beautiful sites! He is a great driver, who definitely was patient and forgiving when people feel “unwell” during the dune bashing. He enjoys the tour and is great company. Truly a once in a lifetime experience. A must do!!

This was my second time doing the desert safari and this time I got a private car to take my brother and I. Our driver Asfal was very pleasant and helpful and as more than happy to take the time to stop the car for some excellent photo opportunities in the desert. The people at the camp were all friendly and helped to make it a genuinely traditional desert experience. However I was disappointed with the lack of flexibility regarding pick up, the website says pick up in Abu Dhabi is 3pm which suits me because that's when I finish work, yet I was told then that the only time I could e picked up was between 2 and 2.30, so I had to book a private car which was an added cost.

Awesome Desert Safari

I and my family has a Sunrise Safari Tour and we enjoyed it so much. Tanzeer was accommodating and he managed to make the dune bashing extraordinary for my family and was helpful with other sorts of activities, including taking photos. Meanwhile, Maricel had a fantastic customer service, she was kind and patient. Thank you Extreme Tourism! Highly recommended to my family and friends. 🙌🏻

Overnight Desert Safari - Private Tour

My friend and I went on the overnight desert safari! Due to COVID, it was just the two of us and our guide, and we had an outstanding time. We saw a gazelle farm, dune bashed, sand boarded, took amazing photos, met some camels, had a great BBQ dinner, and slept under the stars. Would do this trip over and over! Highly recommend Mr. Mustafa as a guide, he is knowledgeable, kind, helpful, professional, and made the trip really fun! For anyone looking to do an outing, I really recommend this one. And download the Aladdín soundtrack in advance!

I liked SO MUCH that overnight desert tour!!! It is unberlieveble that you made that tour for me even i was only overnight client after evening tour. I booked overnight tour online and soon Maricel send me a message, everything was so simple and easy going! My guide Tanzeer was very professional, he told me many things about the culture in this country and he took care of me, i didnt have to worry anything. He made me feel i am a special client. ☺️🥇

Liwa Overnight Desert Safari

I strongly recommend Liwa Desert Safari as a company and as a destination. Our guide Mr Hussain was excellent. It was just me and my 72 year old mother and he went out of his way to make my mom comfortable. The dune drive was not to wild but still entertaining. He stopped where we want to take pictures and even took beautiful pictures of us on his phone which he send to us at no extra cost. The camping in the desert was a once in a lifetime experience. The tent was set up by him exactly where we want it and we also got a bonfire infront of our tent. Although we where just 2 ladies we never felt unsafe. The food was fit for a king. At night a barbeque under the stars and in the morning a breakfast after sunrise.

This is really an experience no one must miss out on.

Thank you Liwa Desert Safari and Mr Hussain for giving me the opportunity to share this experience with my mom.

Great experience in the desert of Abu Dhabi. The driver picks you up from the hotel and return back. The total time is around 6-7 hours. Firstly you visit a camel farm, then the safari part. Safari in Abu Dhabi desert means a very extremely ride on the dunes with a lot of sand all over the car. The day finished with a nice traditional dinner in a camp.
Thanks a lot for our driver Hussein. It was obviously that he had a lot of experience.

A desert safari to remember

I had booked a Morning desert safari here. I actually ended up here as the one I had booked cancelled last minute but these guys were super accommodative and considered my booking request just a day prior to my request. We were escorted by Mr. Noushad from the hotel who was a terrific driver and guide. He went out of his way to ensure that we have a fun filled safari. Best parts of the safari were of course the crazy dune bashing in the 4*4 and the camel safari. Must have on your Abu Dhabi itinerary.

Safari for the soul

This desert safari was such a reset for me - the dunes bashing on car was a blast! Riding bikes was extremely fun and running barefoot in the sand soft as silk cleared my mind and soul.

Salim is such a great guide, thanks to him, me and my company felt safe, relaxed and entertained :)
