If you are looking for a nice place to have a coffee and share, then I recommend Cafeino in al bateem. Super nice and taking advantage of the weather you can enjoy doing it outdoors

Provide more facilities: restaurants, drinks kiosks, social distance for the chairs, extend the size of the sea (removing the barriers and extend).
Provide cleaning ladies.
Provide shaded kiosks for the life guards

This review is on Al Bateen ladies beach. I understand why phones are not allowed. However, the water is very very dirty. You cannot see your own feet at the shoreline. Please open up the wall every now and then and expand the beach as it is too small. We are living in an island meaning we have large beach areas and it seems unfair for women to pay 25 dhs for the only beach they have, which is not even remotely clean. There are no food outlets inside and the bathrooms are disgusting. I went before yesterday and did not swim as I was disgusted.

I was looking forward to visit al bateen ladies private beach to spend the day and enjoy the privacy but I was extremely disappointed!
The ladies beach is terrible in all means,
it’s too small not a beach at all, closed for all sides even the front side it means it became a small lake not a beach, water is not running properly and you can’t even sit to watch the beach you will see a white plastic wall!
too many life guards for a very small arias their voice were too loud talking to each other as they have nothing to do actually!
I payed for the whole day and couldn’t stay more than 30 mn
no phone allowed and even the toilet was a disaster not clean properly.
I would never go back again to this ladies beach i can’t even give it one star ..I prefer the open beach beside it’s so much better at least I can breathe in an open place.

Love the clean, golden sandy beach. They are absokutely safe and private for the ladies. Boys above the age of 6 are not allowed. Mobiles with cameras are strictly not allowed so they have to be kept in the lockers provided and the security is very tight for checking it.
The beach is lovely and had sunbeds with shades, cabanas and its covered from all the 4 sides. Medical facility, children play area, mosques, changing and shower rooms are all within the beach.

I visited this place with my friends. It was nice and good to spend some time. The beach was clean, separated for families and gents. Locker, indoor and out door showers were also Available, sun beds and umbrellas are also available. As a public beach with such a facility were great addition.
Just a suggestion if the public bus could access this place as hard to get taxi by the time of return. I have totally understood as this is public Beach however, if we could do something to take the stones out from sand would be great as it may cuts or injure the foot.
Definitely recommend this place.

Very little here other than the beach, it is clean and often quiet.
There are no restaurants or food trucks even. One little park and showers with a toilet block.
Corniche beach is far better and has more to do for families and couples for sure.

Not sure in Al Bateen, maybe other areas of the beach. There is management office to ask.
If a boy is 6 years old, is he allowed in the ladies beach? How about 7?

Hello Heba, I am afraid that boys 6 years and older are not permitted on the ladies beach; girls up to 12, but not boys. I do not know what kind of identification is required to show a child’s age or how strict this policy is enforced. This information is available on the visit Abu Dhabi website under Al Bateen Beach women. Hope you can go. It is lovely.
what are it's opening timings and days?

It’s always open whenever we are there! Swimming times are restricted I suppose! Just to talk a walk along one can go anytime, not an issue! Pleasant to watch sunset from there! Beautiful, go for it, you wont regret!
