Rupel was absolutely the best part of our experience! We ended a city tour of Abu Dhabi with a stop to see the views from the 74th floor of the Conrad Etihad Towers. We noticed the menu for afternoon tea and approached the gentleman at the host booth, Rupel, to ask if we could take tea there. Apparently you have to make reservations at least 24 hours in advance because they prepare for the number of individuals who will be dining. We got lucky. There were two cancelations, so we were allowed to partake. Rupel sat us at a table with a lovely view of the Qasr al Watan Palace. Rupel offered to take photos of us and he was very kind and made sure we knew the tea and coffee were limitless. He also came over and explained all the items we received once our tea was delivered. Twice. Since we forgot, so he had to come again and tell us all over. The food, especially the pastries, was very good. The sandwiches were not special, but they were tasty. The scones were really delicious and each pastry was a discovery. My favorite was the Yuzu Berry Tart. Great experience! The service was quite good. The pastries were excellent.

I had a last minute change to my booking and visited Observation deck at 300 later than planned. The staff were really accommodating especially (Marites) who took the time to show me around the dining area whilst explaining the history behind each view. Although the views were not as picturesque outside because of the weather Marites went above and beyond to take pictures of me inside the building. On top of that Marites also recommended the signature drink (Etihad Sparkle) and it was the best one I’ve had so far.
Overall I am beyond satisfied with the customer service and hospitality provided by the staff working on this day.
Would recommend anyone to pay a visit!

Went to Observation Tower for cake and coffee and had a salad.
Salad was nice, however the cakes were exceptional.
Beautiful views and really nice and relaxed atmosphere and were not rushed, so could walk around and take pictures.
Staff were attentive without being overpowering and even presented partner with a small chocolate cake with Happy Birthday on it.
Definitely worth a visit and make sure you have your camera!

The views are amazing!! We went for afternoon tea which was average, very very sweet with very few savoury dishes however the food was good quality. Service was extremely slow but staff were friendly and polite. There is only one lift up and down so we had to wait around 10 minutes in a que to actually leave, but would recommend a visit just maybe not an afternoon tea.

I went today ( 26 January) for afternoon high tea with my daughter as we are leaving Abu Dhabi soon and this is one experience we wanted to have . We had advised them a day in advance for a nut free high tea , however when we reached there, we advised them that the guest having nut allergy was not going to join us and if we could have a normal high tea? we were advised that all preparation for a nut free high tea has been done and it will not be possible to change. I was happy to accept as I thought they must have put efforts to make nut fee cakes /scones and other stuff , however what was served to us was no less than a joke. there were no cakes or scones ( something normally a high tea is all about!!) . They had served same cream and same fruits with same jam in different pots to fill the tray . it was very clear that no efforts were taken to give us the experience of a nut free high tea. Most of the deserts served to us you would find in the buffet breakfast .
it was simply below standard and we really felt cheated .
the only saving grace was the view.

The views are amazing. Visited twice during my stay at the Conrad Ethiad Towers as it’s included for guests. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff to wait on tables, had to go looking for waitress twice for drinks and also to pay. Two coffees was £17.50 which was expensive, but to be expected in such a venue I guess. Worth a visit, but think if I’d paid for my entrance I might have been disappointed. That said, the sunset views were beautiful and was great to see Abu Dhabi changing from day to night.

A highlight of my visit to Abu Dhabi was visiting the Observation Deck at 300. My wife and I had lunch at restaurant on the Observation Deck and enjoyed amazing panoramic views of Abu Dhabi. The Observation Deck at 300 is located in the second tower, on level 74 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. I learned that it is the highest vantage point in Abu Dhabi. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. There are several places on the enclosed Observation Deck to find amazing views and take photographs. Most impressive is the view of the Emirates Palace. Seeing the panoramic view gave me a better appreciation of the breathtaking architecture and landscapes.
The lunch menu is mostly light fare which includes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. I had a reuben sandwich with a sparkling water. The reuben was tasty and the seating was very comfortable. Even with a fairly busy lunch crowd, there was still plenty of seating.
This is a must visit place when in Abu Dhabi!

I want to start off by saying my server Kabynech was an absolute delight, very friendly and one of the best I've had. He gave me some great information about the surrounding area, the locations you can see from the view and was extremely friendly.
The view itself is spectacular and at night you can see everything in a 360 degree angle. The emirates palace lights up the night and over to the right you can see the Rixor glowing in all its beauty.
I had a double espresso and a delicious raspberry macaroon which was huge and filled with chocolate. ( it was so sweet I didn't need to add sugar to my espresso just took bites of it in between!) And overall the cost was fair.
*Note you do not have to go for the high tea option which is around 300 Durham, instead you can see the view itself for 35 Durham or if you'd like a table and to lounge around you only need to spend 55 Durham worth of food or drinks. Very reasonable.

As we booked an Afternoon Tea, Upon arrival, a great smile welcome us from the lobby. They escorted us and assist to the lift. They reserved a table for us in a nice view and comfortable seating. Our server, brief us with the afternoon tea and gave us a welcome drink that surprises me with the fruity and floral flavor a perfect combination. The food was fine as their theme was Strawberry. Everything went fine however there is 1 item that didn’t match the strawberry itself, forgot the name of that dish but the staff was informed. The staff are knowledgable and well trained about their job. Kudos to the team

We really enjoyed Observation Deck at 360 a lot which is on the 74th floor of Etihad Towers. The view is stunning, and we were allowed to go around and enjoy it from every single window before we were escorted to our reserved table which was ideal for watching the sunset. The staff was very friendly and professional. We would like to give our special thanks again to Ms. Marites who made our evening very special while we were celebrating our wedding anniversary and received a small cake from her and congratulated us. Definitely – this bar we can recommend especially for sunset and happy hour.

Thinking about staying here ... is this hotel alcohol friendly ?

All the hotels in Dubai sell alcohol for use on the hotel site/bars and pool side. Just don't get drunk or you could end up in prison. respect their culture and you will be fine. Dont look for alcohol bars outside the hotel. apparently there are some places you can buy it in dubia I haven't seen it . but beware if you buy it and get caught taking it your hotel

If we just want to visit the observation desk and rather quickly drink a coffee or eat a sandwich, do you need to make a reservation for that?
We're traveling with a 1-year and a 3-year old.
Thanks for your advice.

Geniet ervan.
Hello, hope you can help me. I would like to book a ticket for entry to the Observations Desk at Etihad Towers, but I can't find any lik to do that online. How did you book your ticket? I saw one option to book an afternoon tea, but it was much more than 95 AED ( I believe 250). I've heard that it's better to book it in advance, so I wouldn't want to leave it till the day of our visit. Thank you

95 DIRAM a persona.

How about parking? Is valet parking included in the price? Do you need to make a reservation to get the parking included?

I don't know because we came there using the Hop-on hop-off bus. I suppose parking is not included.
The best way to find out is calling the desk of the Jumeira hotel, in which the entrance to the observation deck can be found.
Have fun, it's worth it!

Do you need to make a reservation for the observation deck if you are not a hotel guest or can you just pay the entrance fee on arrival?

You can access, but if fully booked you won’t find a place.
