You have to book it beforehand and in case you order some drinks/food you can have your own table and enjoy the time here. From this beautiful lounge you can see whole Abu Dhabi. The food , cakes and drinks are good and reasonably priced for such a high end place. Definitely not to miss.Visited February 2023Traveled with familyWritten October 16, 2023

We were served by Rupel who was friendly, professional and courteous. We would like to thank him also for the tour that he gave, pointing out various interesting landmarks. Lovely way to spend my birthday. Please pass on our thanks to Rupel. From Mr & Mrs TuckerVisited October 2023Traveled as a coupleWritten October 19, 2023

Best for couple to celebrate a special day like birthday, beautiful place and relaxing 🥰 except if there is someone who stand in front of your table taking selfies and pictures for 30min that's a little bit annoying 😊 But overall we enjoyed our visit. - BackPacker800547Bilston, United Kingdom1,669 contributionsAmazing viewsAmazing views to be had in all directions. We were lucky it was early and not too busy - it would have been a pain with lots of people at the tables. In addition, as we left, the queues for the one lift were long, so worth trying to head there before anyone else.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 2, 2024
- Jasmine CChesterfield, United Kingdom146 contributionsDisorganised by beautifulWe visited the observation deck at 5pm and the timing was perfect. We got photos of Abu Dhabi both before and after sunset. We had prebooked and had a little table and chairs. There's happy hour on selected beers and wines from 5pm to 7pm which was nice. Peroni was 20AED which was very reasonable. The staff were friendly but a little disorganised. We ordered two lots of drinks (a beer and iced coffee) which took a while to come on both occasions. It's a shame that despite booking people can just come up and stand infront of your table, some were really rude and someone even just seated themselves at our table. Overall its worth it for the views but a little more organisation wouldn't go a miss.Visited February 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten February 9, 2024
- stevebintleyBedford, United Kingdom9,144 contributionsGreat views of the whole cityIf you’re a fan of viewing cities from above then his is the spot to come in Abu Dhabi. The 360 degree views offer the perfect opportunity to get your bearings of the city and most of the major landmarks are clearly visible. It’s a little weird at first since the viewing area also doubles as a restaurant, so you have to be careful not to interrupt people’s meals when taking photos, but fortunately it was’t overly busy during our visit. Great spot for the views alone though and I’d recommend for anyone’s first visit to the city.Visited January 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten April 1, 2024
- machinmadYaxley, United Kingdom2,663 contributionsFab views across the city ...This lovely restaurant sits at the top of the middle (of 3) tower and affords a 360 degree panoramic view Abu Dhabi. Whilst you are given a table for your refreshments during your visit, you can walk round the whole floor and enjoy all the different views out to sea and inland. The marvel is ... most of what you see wasn’t there 40yrs ago. The tea and cake are nice enough, but nothing special. The experience is all about the view.Visited March 2024Traveled as a coupleWritten May 30, 2024
- TomDerby, United Kingdom73 contributionsWorth a visit but wouldn’t rush to go back.We took our boys aged 4 and 8 to Observation Deck 300 for a slice of cake and a drink. The views are great, the drink and cake was good. We booked through Tiqets, at almost £50 for 2 adults and 2 children, I probably wouldn’t rush to go back but worth a visit while in Abu Dhabi and have a couple of hours to burn. Hotel security took care of our parking ticket, only a small gesture but certainly appreciated.Visited May 2024Traveled with familyWritten June 1, 2024

I went today ( 26 January) for afternoon high tea with my daughter as we are leaving Abu Dhabi soon and this is one experience we wanted to have . We had advised them a day in advance for a nut free high tea , however when we reached there, we advised them that the guest having nut allergy was not going to join us and if we could have a normal high tea? we were advised that all preparation for a nut free high tea has been done and it will not be possible to change. I was happy to accept as I thought they must have put efforts to make nut fee cakes /scones and other stuff , however what was served to us was no less than a joke. there were no cakes or scones ( something normally a high tea is all about!!) . They had served same cream and same fruits with same jam in different pots to fill the tray . it was very clear that no efforts were taken to give us the experience of a nut free high tea. Most of the deserts served to us you would find in the buffet breakfast .
it was simply below standard and we really felt cheated .
the only saving grace was the view.

The views are amazing!! We went for afternoon tea which was average, very very sweet with very few savoury dishes however the food was good quality. Service was extremely slow but staff were friendly and polite. There is only one lift up and down so we had to wait around 10 minutes in a que to actually leave, but would recommend a visit just maybe not an afternoon tea.

The views are amazing. Visited twice during my stay at the Conrad Ethiad Towers as it’s included for guests. There doesn’t seem to be enough staff to wait on tables, had to go looking for waitress twice for drinks and also to pay. Two coffees was £17.50 which was expensive, but to be expected in such a venue I guess. Worth a visit, but think if I’d paid for my entrance I might have been disappointed. That said, the sunset views were beautiful and was great to see Abu Dhabi changing from day to night.

We went for sunset and arrived around 45 minutes before. We were lucky to get a table, as there was only one left (in the whole place, not just on the "good" side for the sunset view) so I can see why others mention people sitting on the floor as it was not overly busy. We were able to get into the lift straight away on both occasions. There are some good views around the marina and Corniche area, and it didn't feel like a "tourist attraction" in the same way as other viewing platforms. That said, there is a need for some extra tables and/or limit the numbers/give people a time limit at the table. Some guests had clearly been there for hours in the "prime" spots waiting for sunset but it did not look like they'd purchased anything beyond the "included" drinks.
As has been mentioned, you pay 90 AED for each adult which gives you a 50 AED spend. Our 5 year old entered for free. We spent a little more and had some cakes, ice cream and mocktails. Then as we were about to leave, they came out with another complimentary cake (exactly the same as we'd just paid for!) for our son, which was a bonus and we took it home.
I had tried to book multiple times on the lead up to our trip and had concluded that there was no availability. I randomly checked the booking portal again whilst we were in Abu Dhabi and there was a lot of availability for when we wanted to go, and they were letting people buy entrance at the door, even though the week before it was showing as sold out.
We tied it into a visit to Qasr Al Hosn and used the public buses, which stops near the ADNOC building.

The Observation Deck at 300 offers a stunning panoramic view of Abu Dhabi’s skyline and the Arabian Gulf, making it a great spot to admire the city’s beauty from above. The atmosphere is elegant, and the refreshments available are a nice touch to complement the experience.
However, the visit was marred by a few issues. Some visitors were sitting on the floor right in front of the windows, blocking the view and ruining photo opportunities, which was disappointing given the premium entry fee. Additionally, there were screaming children running around, which detracted from the otherwise serene and sophisticated environment the venue is known for.

We had a great visit to observation deck at 300 yesterday. The views on offer are great on a clear day and you can see many attractions across the city from the Presidential palace, Royal palace and to the shopping malls. Entry cost 90AED and it includes a 50AED drinks voucher valid at the cafe at the observation deck. There was a long wait to go up as there was only a single elevator to the deck. We had some coolers along with ice cream which was covered by the voucher. Highly recommended!

This is what a high-rise experience should be.
No overinflated fluff like the Burj Khalifa and straight up to the viewing platform.
A true full 360 viewing experience, and not like the 1/8 view like the Burj Khalifa.
Great prices for the photographs taken by the official photographer and not ridiculously expensive for a package of photographs like in the Burj Khalifa.
The view is amazing, really really stunning.
We went during the day so I bet the sunset and night view would be equally captivating.
I couldn't mark it full mark because the cafe was closed and it would have been nice to have a drink and snack while looking out, sitting in the comfy chairs.
If the cafe was open this would have been a 5 star review.
But overall, I enjoyed the experience,
And after the observation deck we did have tea in the Lobby Lounge which was so good.
I recommend this.

As we booked an Afternoon Tea, Upon arrival, a great smile welcome us from the lobby. They escorted us and assist to the lift. They reserved a table for us in a nice view and comfortable seating. Our server, brief us with the afternoon tea and gave us a welcome drink that surprises me with the fruity and floral flavor a perfect combination. The food was fine as their theme was Strawberry. Everything went fine however there is 1 item that didn’t match the strawberry itself, forgot the name of that dish but the staff was informed. The staff are knowledgable and well trained about their job. Kudos to the team

A highlight of my visit to Abu Dhabi was visiting the Observation Deck at 300. My wife and I had lunch at restaurant on the Observation Deck and enjoyed amazing panoramic views of Abu Dhabi. The Observation Deck at 300 is located in the second tower, on level 74 of Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. I learned that it is the highest vantage point in Abu Dhabi. The staff were welcoming and very accommodating. There are several places on the enclosed Observation Deck to find amazing views and take photographs. Most impressive is the view of the Emirates Palace. Seeing the panoramic view gave me a better appreciation of the breathtaking architecture and landscapes.
The lunch menu is mostly light fare which includes, salads, sandwiches, desserts and beverages. I had a reuben sandwich with a sparkling water. The reuben was tasty and the seating was very comfortable. Even with a fairly busy lunch crowd, there was still plenty of seating.
This is a must visit place when in Abu Dhabi!

Thinking about staying here ... is this hotel alcohol friendly ?
Written April 13, 2020
All the hotels in Dubai sell alcohol for use on the hotel site/bars and pool side. Just don't get drunk or you could end up in prison. respect their culture and you will be fine. Dont look for alcohol bars outside the hotel. apparently there are some places you can buy it in dubia I haven't seen it . but beware if you buy it and get caught taking it your hotel

What times is it for High Tea? Basically, what time does the cost change to visit the observation area?
Written February 3, 2020
If we just want to visit the observation desk and rather quickly drink a coffee or eat a sandwich, do you need to make a reservation for that?
We're traveling with a 1-year and a 3-year old.
Thanks for your advice.

Geniet ervan.

Hello, hope you can help me. I would like to book a ticket for entry to the Observations Desk at Etihad Towers, but I can't find any lik to do that online. How did you book your ticket? I saw one option to book an afternoon tea, but it was much more than 95 AED ( I believe 250). I've heard that it's better to book it in advance, so I wouldn't want to leave it till the day of our visit. Thank you

Hi

How about parking? Is valet parking included in the price? Do you need to make a reservation to get the parking included?
Written December 30, 2018
I don't know because we came there using the Hop-on hop-off bus. I suppose parking is not included.
The best way to find out is calling the desk of the Jumeira hotel, in which the entrance to the observation deck can be found.
Have fun, it's worth it!
