Surprisingly people from all religions can visit the mosque and even make photos inside. Was a very interesting experience, and the mosque ist very nice and really impressed me.

I have no idea - but I live in the Emirates for two years now, and you may leave your car on the street with the key inside and nobody would touch it - so I suppose your luggage will be safe
