On our way to dinner at the new Grand Hyatt Hotel at the west end of the corniche we passed by the beautiful impressive archway and huge iron gates which lead into the presidential palace in the distance = you not expect anything less

Stunning. Glass, white and red stone with intricate details. Take a look at the interlocking walkway. A quick visit to "the capital".

This palace you can only glimpse from the beautiful outer gate. However, the actual palace your are not allowed to take pics or enter into the outer gate. Really a presidential and royal setting with all the flags and beautiful designed entrance gate and well...More

You can take a photo from outside, is not open for the public to go inside. there are other places within the marina to get a good view of the palace.

Well, unlike the White House or other mansions where leaders reside, can't photograph the building or go inside, but the grounds outside the palace are lovely with beautifully sculpted trees that flank the space.

its a short stroll from emirates palace hotel. the buildings are quite nicely illuminated at night. No chance to visit the interior, though.

Probably one of the best places to be at night in Abu Dhabi. The lightings and views are amazing. You can sit in one of the benches at the roundabout and look at the Etihad Towers, Presidential Palace and Emirates Palace. Very cool place to...More
