What can you write on near perfection. The Aspire park is honest to its name and by far my number one favorite place in Qatar. The team managing the park should be proud of themselves for a job well done. A must visit must see place in Qatar.
One thing though, a message to patrons who leave their trash laying on the beautiful grounds. Really?? Do you look back before you leave? Are you OK with what you leave behind?

Perfect place for sweating off, the place itself push you to your limits when it comes to running. You can either walk or run, depend on your mood. Great thing is it is near to Villagio Mall which you can have refreshment or do some window shopping after.

A nice big park with several coffee shops and places to sit.
BBQ areas for families, water actives and exercise areas. Football and tennis areas. Villaggo mall nice mall with ice hockey area, gondolas to tour waterway inside mall. A large indoor amusement arcade / mini theme park

I came to Qatar in 2012 and amazed by this park. Good for family an individual visits. The lake is nice even in summer. They have jogging and cycling track and u can just relax on the grass if u want. Must visit

So beautiful and natural, clean and green colour full Waterfall. Best place for kids family and friends. Working staff was great to help visitors like us. Mr limbu was so good to make us know about the park restaurant and facilities. We enjoyed Park and we will be back on world cup again.

So if I'm just a single guy, I can't take a walk around in the park, or go for a run? I came to this park once and the security guards freaked out! They all came up to me and asked me to leave, screaming "family only, sir! family only!" not only this was rude, it was also embarrassing! I don't get the point of this park as it's always empty.

Keep in mind this is a huge park with so much open space:
I tried to fly a 12" (30 cm) kite with my 5 year old...was told not allowed by Park rent-a-cop. This was a basic kite (non-stunt) on a quiet day during the week with no one else around!
Tried to kick a soccer ball with my kids....was approached told not allowed.
My friend and I tried to throw a frisbee....hahaha, wishful thinking...not allowed.
My family of 4 sat down on some grass for a photo, and guess what...rent-a-cop hurried over and told us we were not allowed to sit on the grass!!!
Go there on a Friday and get run over by Local kids going crazy on scooters and bikes showing no regard for adults or small children walking... Apparently two sets of standards and rules.

Aspire park is a family park for sports and running activities.
If you're single man it's highly likely that you will be asked to leave the area.
Coffee shops in the park are good and the ponds with the ducks and the fountains give you a nice feeling.

This park is very good located back side of Villagio Mall. Entry is free. This park has got lake inside which has paddle boats inside. You can have a ride of paddle boat for maximum 10 minutes by showing your Qatari ID. Place is very good for kids. Lake is surrounded by many Ducks. separate zone for kids. two café for food. Food is expensive in Café. Overall place is good. Family is allowed only during day time.

This park is made only for qataris, everyone else there is treated like rubbish. They are blatantly racist and make u uncomfortable. This spoilt my mood for the rest of the day on my holiday, best to avoid it. Its ridiculous that in a park you have to watch where you walk and cannot play with a ball.
I would not recommend this to any holiday maker.

Can cricket be played here. Just casually? My kids were playing cricket and the security guard informed us that only foot ball is allowed hereas per Aspire management.

Yes thats true. Aspire Management and Management of anlot of parks in Qatar allow only football and not cricket. Thats probably because football is considered less dangerous for the onlookers or revellers than cricket. Plus football enjoys the status of being the most popular sport in thencountry which isalso hosting FIFA 2022!

1. Is carveboarding and skateboarding allowed here in Aspire Park? Is there a permit ? If so, where can we get?
2. Where is the location part inside Aspire Park where we can play with our boards? Thank you.

there is a track for walking/running, this track is coupled at most of the route with an asphalt track for skateboards and bicycles, even the security golf cars follow this asphalt track. nevertheless, there is a special yard for skateboarders but i do not know specifically where it is, I remember that I saw it one time while I'm having my running once.
