Lagoona Mall in Doha is a very good mall for walking, shopping and eating. With great restaurant options and various stores. and fantastic service at all establishments in the mall. I was there for lunch and chose Paul Cafe in Lagoona Mall, the dish was grilled chicken with potatoes and vegetables and a natural orange juice. I spent two hours at the mall and it was worth it, I highly recommend a visit.

We were staying at the Grand Hyatt across the road, so the Lagoona Mall was incredibly useful and convenient for us. Carrefour supermarket has everything you need at more affordable prices, and has an online website to check beforehand. Plenty of shops and restaurants as well. Beware that you can't change currency as a tourist at QNB, so you're better off going near Souq Waqif for that instead.

This mall is an ok spot but there are much better options in Doha. It kind of smelled like an old hospital and there isn't a store here that is worth going out of your way for here. Even the Carrefour is just ok.
Highlight of our visit was the Zig Zag towers and looking across the bay at the lit up towers at night.

Interesting mall located near the Pearl. Some very elegant shops in there but there was a lot less to do there than the other malls in Doha. Very limited options for children to be entertained. The Carrefour was also very basic in comparison to other malls.

I went to the mall several times, during my visit. There are more the high priced items available. Jewellery, Wedding Dresses, Evening gowns, Make-Up, Rolex, Chanel and other Luxury Brands.
The Carrefour store is very helpful catering to the daily needs, they have a lot of imported foods and beverages with brands that we all know from Europe and a special section for diet and organic foods.
The toilets are very clean.
The staff in the stores is very friendly and helpful.
What I miss here is a complimentary WIFI in the mall, so that I can call a driver or a taxi as tourist. If you are lucky, you are in the area of for example Tim Horton, where you can use their complimentary WIFI. As soon as you leave the mall, no wifi access anymore... This is the only point I have to criticize.

our family are quite satisfied with this place.it is very easy to access to supermarket and lusail park . my son enjoys workout in this gym .even in summer we can walk in the lagoona mall as exercise.
we can go to any location easily. I love this place so much. I can meet my neighbors anytime in some cafes in lagoona mall . there is some trivial matter . but here maintenance team try to work hard to solve all problems as fast as possible. I wanna recommend this place to my close friends .

Lagoona Mall in Doha is a really nice spot. The place has a fancy vibe, and you'll find all kinds of cool shops. It's got a classy feel to it, and the design is pretty fancy. There's good food too. If you like classy shopping, it's worth checking out!

The truth about zig zag towers. (1) It is a chimney. The towers have wall and floor penetrations that connects from ground all the way to the highest floor. This posts a fire hazard and a major ventilation flaw resulting in constant bad smell originating from unknown location. (2). Not all 6 lifts in each tower are useable. Only 3 or 4 at most operated at any one time despite the municipal requirement makes it mandatory for tower of such heights have 6 passenger lifts to be operable at all times. (3) Majority of the tenants committed parking offences in the basement carparks making it very dangerous for kids and even driving. Many tenants drive over speeding INSIDE the basement carpark and nothing can be done by the security. (4) The walls and ceiling/floor are of very bad construction. They seem not to have sufficient thickness and noise insulation. Neighbors on the top love to drag furniture on the floor making unbearable noises day and night. Neighbors next doors love loud music and partying, add to unbearable noise. For those who want to take a nap during the day, it is unbearable. (4) NOBODY except very few, comply with COVID19 rules. They walk around in big groups without face masks and once again the security cannot do anything. Even calling the police is of no use because the say it is a private residential. (5) almost half of the towers have no tenant. The left. I believe, nobody can tolerate the bad smell, noises and rubbish things happening in zig zag towers. If you walk by the towers, look at the towers you will notice many homes have their windows opened. The reason is because of the bad smell.

The mall is close to the Pearl (expat area in Doha). Unfortunately the visit was disappointing. The restaurants are located outside of the mall which is still under heavy construction - there were waste and equipment everywhere enroute from the mall to the restaurants and it was unpleasant to walk about - also makes no sense to make people walk on the outside in a place where heat is an issue during the day.
It appears that the second floor is still not complete with majority of the floor closed off with no shops around. Hopefully this will become a better mall when it is complete with better selection of shops.
Also beware that it may be difficult to get a taxi on your return journey as there are no dedicated taxi stands - try your luck at the carpark or arrange for transport in advance where possible.

Lagoona is a high end mall located in the most prestigious area of Qatar.
The mall is spacious, clean and tidy very close to the Pearl. Parkings are always available and there is an indoor carwash as well.
If you are looking to do some luxury shhopping then you have come to the right place; the mall offers a wide range of high end brands (clothing, watches, jewelery, mobile phones). If you want to have some good food, you will also be satisfied. Layali restaurant is by far the best Lebanese restaurant in Qatar & the region. Another amazing restaurant in Lagoona is Sugar & Spice that offers the most succelent desserts in the world :D
You can also do some grocery shopping at Carrefour. I would say that the only weak point of the mall is that it doesnt offer you many budget ranges for shopping. If you are in to spend a lot that you will be fine, if not, changes are you will not buy much!!!

Staying in a hotel near here soon. In Dubai there is a large shop in many malls called Centrepoint and within it Splash which sells fab clothes like lovely brightly coloured t shirts. Is there one at this mall?
