We are a big fans of escape rooms and we enjoy tough challenges. Hence I don’t believe this one set by the game professionals who understood the concept of the game. You should not set a game for people to fail rather than challenge their natural ability to figure out clues and work as a team to escape those. We spent most of the time on useless activities such as figuring how Mores codes work, unlocking stuffed lockers (it gives you impression you got the wrong code while it is simply stuck) or reading unclear words. Every sense we had built on how we approached different challenges have been destroyed in those rooms. We signed up for another room to wipe off the disappointment from first room, however it was more dissatisfaction and annoying. It was complete waste of time and money.

Nothing was right in our experience!

The workers there weren’t professional at all. Had an attitude!

When we entered the room, no one were looking at the camera and whenever we requested a clue from them. It took them a couple of minutes to answer us by saying(how can I help you?which kind of a help you need!!) and we needed to explain what we finished and what we need them to help us with which was really annoying!

On top of that some of the locks were stuck and it took us longer time in unlocking them. The flashlights worked for a little while and stopped working and we ended up using our Apple Watch!

Seriously this is the worst escape room experience ever and I won’t come back nor recommend it to any of my friends.

My nieces came here once before and I tried the one in Kuwait
We booked and we were suppose to be 6 players, the game was hard but we have managed to get to the second part
Which was too hard to figure it out

My young kids want to do one
I wish they can have for younger players such as the ones in Kuwait

To be fair, my group did not arrive the recommended 15 minutes prior to our start time. We booked the 6:45 room and arrived at exactly 6:45 (I asked if it would be a problem, we were told it wouldn't). So the rushed and rude introduction could be because of that.

First off, I booked the room through their website. It was easy enough to navigate but you can't pay online like their website indicates in their FAQ section. On their booking form, there is only a "Pay on Scene" option. At the time, it was fine for us. But the Paypal option would have saved us a few minutes.

When we arrived for our appointment, the lady manning the counter greeted us and asked if we had a Megapolis card. I said, yes but I did not want to use it to pay for the room. We all wanted to pay cash instead. She said it was fine but she needed the exact amount. As we began pulling the required amount out of our pockets, she got distracted by someone else asking a question. When she gave us her attention, she asked again if we had a Megapolis card... but this time, she asked it in a very rude way like I was a child who didn't know how to speak. So I gave her the same answer I provided 20 seconds ago. "I do, but I don't want to use it to pay for the room." For the life of me, I couldn't figure out why it mattered if we did or didnt have a freaking Megapolis Card. Turns out, that's how they want you to pay. What ended up happening is... we gave her the cash, she ran to the front desk to pay for a card with the exact amount we gave her and in return, we ended up with a new Megapolis card with zero balance. It doesn't make sense! I would rather have paid online like their website indicates. But alas, this is the problem all over the Middle East. Lots of pretty things that don't make sense.

Anyway, after that fiasco, a very nice lady showed us to our room and explained how it's supposed to work. I asked if there was a clock or timer so we can know how much time is left. She said no, but that we would be informed when its 30, 20,etc minutes left. She also said there would be someone watching from the cameras and will give us clues if we needed it. Well, we got help right away when we asked the first time. But the second time it took about 10 minutes of us trying to call them to get any help. Next thing we know, they tell us our time is up! No warning, nothing! Needless to say, we were a bit angry at that. We just placed our locker key on the front desk and left because there were customers at the desk and the staff seemed too busy to pay us any attention as we walked away.

In conclusion, i don't recommend you go on a busy weekend (this was a Thursday) OR they should hire more people because they seemed severely understaffed (and possibly train that one lady to be more polite). But the room was challenging and fun! Not the best Escape room I've ever been in, but we got a kick out of it.
