Had an appointment last Friday with Sahim for a hair cut. BIG MISTAKE. I was really looking forward to it. Was told appointment time would be 45 mins so sent Husband & 2 children to Aspire park while I got 'pampered'. Never before have I received such poor service and made to feel like an inconvenience. When receptionist told Sahim her 2 o' clock had arrived she said she was going for a cigarette! I explained that I wanted about half an inch cut off. Sahim said "washed" to which I replied " yes please" to which she tutted and said 'come'. She washed my hair in cold water and then left me in the chair with wet hair for 5 mins while she went off somewhere. On her return she cut my hair in 3 snips of her scissors - no lie. Then proceeded to 'blow dry' my hair. 1. With no brush and 2. burnt my head with the heat from the hairdryer. She dried my hair all over my face and then said 'happy' and walked off to reception leaving me in the chair with my hair a complete mess. UPSET is an understatement. The whole service took literally 13mins and 5 of that was left in the chair while she went off. In hind sight, I should have complained at the time however all I wanted to do was get out of there as quick as I could. If you want good customer service and want to look good after having your hair done then avoid this place and go elsewhere.

I have visited your spa several times and I fell in love with it, started to do my hair treatment, face care, and other services, but my last visit was a disaster, the lady who did my waxing was terrible, I was not happy with the results I got, I usually prefer one specific lady to actually wax me, I feel comfortable with her and she is a professional, but since the saloon was busy I had to go with a new one her name if I remember was Juliet, honestly it felt like it was her first time waxing a person, she didn't know the steps of the way she should do it, it took her more than an hour just to finish and It usually takes about 45 min as maximum with the other one.
This medical spa is a destination to do many women and it's great. please have good people to represent you and the services you provide, because it is all about customer service, alot of competition is out there, being cheap or expensive isn't the deal, it is all about the quality of the staff and their experience that matter.

Had an appointment and went there last night with a friend at 6. I did full hair dye with ombre highlights, manicure and pedicure; She did Caviar treatment, manicure and pedicure. Manicure and pedicure is amazing, I love my french tips, had no problems with it. But with hair care, I'd say it's terrible. For me the result is okay, but the service from the staff who took care of us is just a NO. Our experience: It's almost 9 and the salon is closing, they're about to rinse our hair. With rinsing my hair, Im satisfied, she did a good job. But with my friend's, she's telling me the lady is in a hurry and didn't wash and rinse her hair very well. The plot twist: While blow drying, suddenly there's a "POWER FAILURE". Say what??? Yes, you read that right. Power failure, and only on our stations where they're blow drying us. NORA, BAHIJA, SIHEM. They were talking in their language then when the blow drier stopped working, they told us the mall is closed (It's just past 9pm and the mall closes at 10) and the power is switched off so they can't finish blow drying our hair with extremely hot temperature. It's like my scalp was on flame while she's blow drying it! And there's a customer there sitting drying her nails using a nail dryer device that uses electricity!!! After the "power failure" scenario happened, We figured why. They used high temperature to blow dry our hair so It'll finish fast and they didn't even finish! My friend's hair is literally SOAKING wet. Are they thinking they can fool us with this "power failure" thing?! We didn't come there for free service, we paid full and yet we're getting this kind of service? Doesn't beauty salons take care of you and should make you beautiful especially right after you leave the premises? In this case, no. We left with wet hair, and when it dried, it's frizzy because of what happened. You need hair services? Don't come to this place! I'm never going back and not gonna recommend this place ever!
