I come here for breakfast at Baker & Spice which is my favourite restaurant for breakfast in years. I was happy they opened in Kuwait and wasn't disappointed with the quality of food or staff, Unlike other restaurants that open branches in Kuwait and end up being worse. You have the sultan center supermarket for groceries and the fish market... More

It is a big place with many brands, restaurants with sea view. Both sides you can enjoy sitting and watching the sea. Having your coffee in a great place would be a good idea to go towards the sea there.

Souq Sharq was the country's most popular shopping mall in the early 2000s, like the Avenues today. Fantasy World was huge and had so many nice displays and a great theme, kind of like a kids space museum. Now the store has downsized and looks boring. The mall is empty nowadays but back in the early 2000s we spent hours... More

A huge iconic mall located alongside the beach so everything has a sea view. Has everything: a fish market, restaurants, childrens play area, cinema, and more. Well worth the visit.

The architecture is traditional Persian, similar to what is found in Bastak in southern Iran. It is modeled after wind-catchers (badgir). This type of architecture was common in Kuwait before the discovery of oil. The mall itself has lots to offer and includes a fish market.

Sharq mall is pretty clean, however you can't spend sometime there you just go if you need to buy something from specific shop or from the hypermarket, it's few steps from the hotel I'm accommodating in but I would take a taxi to go to any other malls which have some excitement
