„Iran Traveling Center“ was the biggest help during our round trip through Iran. They didn’t only help us to book our bus tickets, but they were also really helpful by providing information about bus schedules, which is especially good for tourists, who can’t speak or read Farsi, since a lot of information and websites are only available in persian language. Especially during the days of a festival, because of which nearly no bus was available, the travel agency kept us updated about the situation. Furthermore we could rely on fast replies, which was also helpful for spontaneous booking. So in conclusion i can totally recommend „Iran Traveling Center“, especially for foreign tourists it is the most comfortable and easiest way to get tickets!

Sie halfen uns nicht nur Busse zu buchen, sondern stellten uns auch Informationen zu den Busplänen zur Verfügung, die ansonsten im Iran für Touristen (auf englisch) schwer online zu finden sind. Besonders während der Tage eines Festivals, in denen nahezu kein Bus verfügbar war, hielt die Reiseagentur auf dem neusten Stand. Außerdem konnten wir uns immer auf eine schnelle Antwort und Auskunft verlassen, was eine spontane Reiseplanung ermöglichte. During our 4 days in Isphahan and Shiraz we were fortunate to have Mr Youssef Rostami, a learned archaeologist as our guide and companion. In all ways he was more than we had expected, his knowledge and his dedication gave us a better insight into this fascinating country. Youssef devoted a lot of time to making our stay enjoyable, fun and interesting. He went above and beyond normal expectations to ensure that our experience was perfect. And it was ! He made Pasargad, Persepolis, and Necropolis come to life with his many anecdotes and historical details about each site. At the end of the tour he was not just our guide but a true friend and a friendship that we will value for many years to come. We recommend him highly and we are sure that he meet all your expectations. He is a wonderful person and a very learned individual.

I can absolutely recommend this travel agency. In emergency situations they reacted with cool heads, were always available and a very friendly contact. My special thanks go to Hassan, who was really an ace in the hole for us. A thousand thanks for everything!

The older generations know Tony Benett's song -"I left my heart in San Francisco".
Mine, I left in Iran.
Although I am old, I hope I can find the way back there once more.
For those of us coming from Europe or those more western ones, Iran is different, it will turn you upside- down, and it will live with you for a lifetime.
Pity that this country is so wrongly interpreted in western media so that many travelers subconsciously avoid it. In fact, I felt more secure and more welcome (by unbelievably kind Iranian people) then anywhere in Europe.
This country has every prerogatives of pure turist gem that probably no Europe country can compare with. I can only suggest travelers to be open minded and visit Iran - it will change you for certain and leave part of you living in this beautiful country.
Mine, I left in Iran.
Although I am old, I hope I can find the way back there once more.

Iran Traveling center provided an excellent guide for our group of overlander vehicles, given the current situation in Iran. She had a very good knowledge of the sightseeings and organised lots of things for us, especially diesel. Well done! And thanks to Iran Traveling Center for organising in the background to ensure a safe trip for us

I applied for an Iranian visa through the “Iran traveling center” and I got my visa Grant Notice after three days.
I received the visa the day of my arrival in Tehran.
Great service and great experience of looking the clients from the “Iran traveling center” and from Mister Hassan Abdollahi in particular.

I assure you that my second time in Iran I will choose again you to make sure that I will have a beautiful experience.

Our travel to Iran (Tehran, Esfahan, Kish, Shiraz) couldn’t have happened without assistance of Iran Traveling Center. I’ve traveled to many countries, and I usually arrange all my accommodations and transport by myself. But it turned out that it’s really challenging to book something in Iran without Iranian phone number, bank card, knowledge of Farsi, Persian calendar and many other things. So addressing to an Iranian agency is the most convenient option.
I recommend Iran Traveling Center because they are true professionals. Be sure that with Iran Traveling Center you will be suggested the best options available. Their visa service is perfect as well.

We booked a 10 day private tour with Iran Traveling Center and had a fantastic time. The Incoming Tour Manager, Samira, was very helpful in dealing with all of my queries, organising an itinerary that suited our interests and organising our visa authorisation numbers. The itinerary was great in that it allowed us to see many different places in Iran without feeling too rushed and without feeling as though we were spending every day on the road (a highlight was heading out east to Kerman). Our guide, Saba, and driver, Hamed, were both fantastic and extremely helpful. Saba was a fountain of information and spoke excellent English. If we returned to Iran I wouldn't hesitate to organise another tour with Iran Traveling Center.

As probably most people, I had a bit of an idea of what Iran would be like. Desert, a little run down, people not liking westeners. Ahh the miscommunication of media!
VISA: you cant apply too early in advance so I went for the Airport visa option instead (only available to Aussie travellers arriving at Shiraz airport and staying in Iran under 15 days). Before you do this, get the travel agent to apply for an authorisation number a week prior to you arriving at Shiraz and they will send it to the airport. When you arrive you can tell them the number and go from there.
I was worried it would be very hard and people would be scary and rude but it was the opposite. I was met with this lovely elderly man with a big smile on his face and he said "WELCOME to shiraz!!". took me about 20 minutes to get my visa and costs about 50 Euro + 17 rials.
our tour guide was the best i've ever had. She had so much knowledge about everything and was patient if we ever wanted to stay somewhere longer or take photos etc. We had a really good and safe driver and the bus was new and comfortable.
We stayed in 3/4 star hotels which were really comfortable and safe and all the food in iran is amazing and very cheap!
Overall i LOVED Iran. Full of friendly, polite and welcoming people, yum food, colourful beautiful sites, GREAT tour guide and SNOW (yes, it snowed and it was fun)
We never felt like we were in danger.
Favourite places were Shiraz, Kerman and Esfahan
Tips: Get used to squat toilets. they are everywhere - although 99% were very clean
- Going in winter is good because its not too busy, and those toilets dont smell!
- take a pillow if you are fussy with them - the pillows there are hard
- You have to wear a head scarf and also tops or jackets that go mid-thigh
- try all the food and go shopping

I planned to visit my trip to Iran and contacted this tour company with my concrete itinerary in English.
I got a response from Japanese old female S
akano working as guide too in the company who asked me to send my schedule my as if she had never received my itinerary already sent.
This is the first timing I started to doubt her performance.
But, without pointing it to her, I resent my itinerary to her. That is the start. This is a very good example "bad start, then chaos. avoid !"
I should had asked her to check at first what you received from me.
Then she made a tour schedule not at all fitting my flight schedule. Impossible. I pointed it to her. She did not at all apologize, what is not possible as Japanese.
She repeated such bad performance again and again. I as also Japanese did not blame her for unbelievable behavior and bad performance still thinking she should be shaming herself and must improve her performance and act correctly. But it us not at all the case. every request was processed inaccurately.
Finally when, as to hotel reservations, she told me no room available at two hotels but when I got rooms at the hotels by contacting the hotels direct, I asked her explicitly in very direct and clear words "Dd you really contact the hotels ? Please check and report" the Sakai stopped communicating with me then.
When you contact this company, please avoid the Sakano, the old female Japanese.

We have received your question about Iran safety which is a very first concern of each traveler. I think this question should be replied by the travelers who had already visited Iran. As a local travel agent who is living in Iran, I can say that the situation in Iran is much more peaceful and safer in comparison with what media are broadcasting. Recent tensions have caused many effects on different aspects in different countries, but all Iranian are looking for peace all over the world. In general, Iranians are warm, friendly and generous individuals with a strong interest in other cultures.

Hi folks, thanks for those who tried to help me out. I've been to Iran in September, 2016 and spent 16 days travelling all over the country with a group tour. It's an amazing trip. Any one who is thinking about it, please go. There is no problems what so ever. I spent quite a bit of time wondering around during free time by myself. Lots of young people approached and talked to me in very welcoming and friendly manner.
