Took a short boat trip 6BD from Sitra to the Island (take your passport) we went during Ramadan so we had the Island to ourselves. Chalets for overnight stay are adequately furnished. Workers were helpful.... set up fires for us to Braai bbq and set up huge fan to help cool down.

Only went there like an hour and half. Nothing much to do. Same as other beach. There are one bar, and one restaurant only. Not a lot of choice. Ordered lemonade with mint from the restaurant, superb. Weather was so hot,so we came out from restaurant few minutes alternately to take picture. Nice for children and person who likes beach.... We enjoyed the island but there is not much to do as you can only enjoy the beach which is not even smooth as the beach is too rocky and not clean.

Nice, small island with excellent amenities for a day at the beach. Available huts reasonably priced provide lots of shade. You can bring your own food and drinks or purchase from on site restaurant. Great water toys for rent, we particularly enjoyed the jet skis. Limited number of chalets available for overnight stays. Only a short boat ride from Sitra,... More

Al Dar Island is near Sitra Island but no body living in it. It is only for tourists and vacation. You can go to it by boat only. It is small island and good for fishing and swimming. The best time to visit it is between April and October.

A very small island near to Bahrain Yaught Club, nice beach, jet skiing and some mini rooms to rent. Nice when there is a music event on. Shuttle boat or use your own. Great beach afternoon. small bar too!

It is good for water sports like jet ski, banana ride, swimming etc. Sea is not that clear. They have restaurants on this island. Fairly priced.
