This is one of the convenient malls to visit with family. One can visit the Hyatt mall next to its basically you can spend the whole day ago these two malls. Continuous bargains and sales throughout the year. Ample parking. Of course there are big crowds. But all the branded shops are available between these two. In most instances the key ones are there in both.

Yet another of the many Malls here in Riyadh. Of course one has to go see. Plenty of shops, eating places and activities for the kids. Often I see kids on Rollerblades happily shopping with mum.

It's old in concept and distribution. A long hall with stores, that's it.

On the other side, is lively and well stocked, whatever you need, both in terms of clothing and apparel, is there.

It's also very close to the Hyatt mall (just across the street), so you can continue your search there.

This is a nice mall right across the street from the Hayat Mall.
This mall has a typical spread of stores, and a spectrum of brand value.
The food court is very large, but whenever we have visited, it has been busy and usually uncomfortably warm.
One of the stores not seen in other malls is the Pottery Barn and the Pottery Barn kids, and for those who have lived in the U.S. And bought things from the store, it evokes nostalgic feelings.

This is another good mall with all the shops and places to eat you'd expect. It's right next to Hyatt so you can do both malls very easily. There's nothing exceptional about the mall but it does what it says on the tin.

Again I was a little surprised that a reasonably high end mall like this didn't have toilet paper in the restrooms.

We are back to Sahara Mall after long time. There is no much change in it. We used to enjoy lunch every Friday in the food court.

We visited this location for the first time as we were on an excursion visit to Riyadh from Khobar. It is a huge complex accommodation number of malls at one place. Place is worth visiting with family, yet a reasonable time is required for moving around the mall.
Huge parking, food court, branded stuff shops, charming interiors, play land and much more.

Located next door to Hayat Mall, it's simpler and less fancy, but easier to navigate, with a simple layout.
There is a children's area on the upper floor with the usual attractions of fair rides etc. A decent sized food court with wide variety of food brands, well labeled seating areas and toilets.
The ground floor is a very long mall with usual assortment of stores. The toilets are clean and have a large prayer area and a fair number of fitting rooms.
The stores include Pottery Barn, Next, Boots, Tamimi, etc.
There is also a family-only Starbucks.
Loads of parking.

Yes, this is a typical traditional mall. Yes, it has many of the same stores as other malls, BUT for Americans in particular, this store has a large Pottery Barn and Pottery Barn Kids. It's a great place to pick up the few holiday-type items and just get a feeling of being home. I haven't shopped in PB for years in the States but I go here often just to see familiar items and decor.

As mentioned Sahara is also next door to Hayat so you can cross the street and hit up both malls. There's a good-size Tamimi grocery in Sahara and a huge Danube in Hayat so that's very convenient. It's too bad both malls are really long as it can take 15 minutes to walk from one grocery to the next, but at least you can walk to both. This is probably one of my favorite pairings in Riyadh.
