A Trip to Remember

I went to the Empty Quarter with my 8-year-old on Amazing Tours trip. We had a wonderful time & I highly recommend it!

Muteb & his team took care of each single detail, provided a ‘real’ dessert experience, and entertained us with their fun stories & sense of humor. They were so kind & involved my son in the activities such as collecting wood for the fire - he loved it!

This was our first camping experience & we both feel it is something we want to do again. Thank you Amazing Tours for the fun memories 🙏🏼

An overnight desert camp experience- amazing!

An overnight trip in the desert not far from Riyadh: we traveled by bus, then by car towards the desert, and after changing to bedouin style clothes, took camel transport to the campsite. Desert scenes were stunning, people we met were most kind and hospitable. There was plenty of delicious food, and Arabic coffee and tea were served. The night was slept in a tent, and it was pretty cold in January. I would definitely recommend bringing a good camera (lightweight), a pair of trekking shoes, comfortable clothes for a camel ride, a headlamp and/or flashlight, warm (thermal) clothes, gloves, and a hat. I would definitely do this trip again any time.

They can make magic happen

I can’t stop singing praise to Mateb and his team. Our recent trip to Farasan with them was a blast. The organization and attention to detail was impeccable .
They did absolutely everything to make this a memorable vacation for all of us.
We all felt like VIP clients at any given time. Mateb always stays in touch with every customer to make sure that everything is under control. All transfers were on time, the food was fabulous, they even managed to work around recent dine-in restrictions by moving the majority of meals outdoors which was absolutely lovely .
We didn’t have to lift a finger. The chosen accommodation was great. The jam packed schedule is perfect when you have limited time to explore the place and let me tell you, we explored!
I was really impressed and would grandly recommend them to anyone.

Great disappointment

To work with Meteb was very disappointing. We had hired him for our trip to Al Ula and with diligence paid our deposit and our entry fees. Although he set us up with a very expensive personal driving service (USD 400/day), we accepted it as we just wanted to have a good time on vacation. We had hired a personal English speaking driver. We got the opposite. The driver had no understanding of our questions, and was haggling with us to pay him $40 to take us to our hotel, while Meteb was unreachable. We didn’t pay him because our agreement was per day, not per leg of the trip. He took us back to the airport then where we rented a car for $100 for two days and ended up being just fine. I would not ever recommend Amazing Tours or Meteb. Ever since his assistant, Munira, became a professor (now I understand why), the company has been very disappointing.

The White Volcano Adventure (Amazing Tours)

We really enjoyed the White Volcano Adventure trip. Meteb and his assistants made our experience interesting and funny. We first visited Umn Jirsan, which is Saudi Arabian’s longest lave cave located in Harrat Khaybar (“volcanic fields of Khaybar”). Amazing location, really worth to visit. Then headed to Jebel Abiadh (White Mountain), the highest volcano in Harrat Khaybar. Breathtaking views, spectacular sunset. The following day we visited the ancient city of Alhait, a place where you can really understand what Arabian hospitality is. In short, this is a highly recommended trip, and Meteb the guide you want to have for this adventure!

If you are searching for a company that offers "amazing tours" in Saudi Arabia then your search is over. Meteb and his team without a doubt will give you that once in a lifetime experience of their country that you are looking for.

We just spent 4 days visiting Riyadh and the surrounding areas and cannot recommend Amazing Tours highly enough. For us we wish we had more time to take up the other fantastic options Meteb gave us!

For our quick trip, each day was tailor made to suit our tastes and interests to provide us with nothing but the best service and memories.

Even with some places being closed or under construction Meteb still tried his utmost for us to see the things we wanted, getting us in to some seemingly "closed" places such as the camel trail. We are so grateful for his efforts.

His knowledge of Saudia Arabia and its history was brought to life for us on our first day when we visited the museum and nearby sites which made what we were to see in the coming days more meaningful.

Our second day was a trip to Ushaiger and the Edge of the World , with Mohammed, which was matched with the same excellent service.

For our last 2 days, although Meteb set out each day with a plan, he often changed it around when the unexpected happened , for example an impromptu private tour of the Ritz Carlton and its royal suites offered by one of the hotels staff , or if we saw something of interest along the way. Like the under construction mosque which looks like the Hagia Sofia mosque in Istanbul. He also moved the order of places to give us a much nicer experience.

Meteb's passion and determination for preserving sites for generations to come, his desire to give tourists the best service and employ guides such as Mohammed who share his vision and attention to quality tours is a credit to him.

For us booking our next trip to Saudi Arabia is easy..... it will be with Amazing Tours all the way!

Discover Arabia Asir Region

The trip with Meteb and his Team was most enjoyable, and I found them to be extremely friendly and courteous. The two day Discover Arabia Asir adventure introduced our group to a good mix of some of the Cultural and Arabian food experiences. We visited a Cultural Museum where the Flower Men performed for us. Fatima's Art gallery, and learnt how the women painted the inside beautiful buildings with strong abstract colours, creating amazing pictures. We also visited The Hanging Village, which was an amazing experience taking the cable car down into the valley where the tribes lived in the olden days. The scenery in this part of Saudi Arabia is truly stunning, which make it well worth a visit to the region.

Camp the Rhub-al-Khali desert in the Empty Quarter.

We were met at the airport and drove into the desert for our first night under the stars. Easy camp setup and the guys took good care of us. Was real camping, not glamping, which fit the location. The stars were incredible, could see the Milky Way and shooting stars. Hiked up dunes, had good meals throughout, hunted quartz in an ancient river bed, drive over multi-colored dunes. Just a fantastic way to experience the Rhub. Strong recommend this crew for trips, very kind, lots of laughs, even got serenaded by the team’s jokester. Made it an unforgettable experience.

A memorable experience in the worlds biggest and toughest desert

Great organization, the team is super and has great knowledge of the worlds most difficult desert. The organizing crew was also fun to be around, joking, singing local songs etc. We were a group o 25 people so they had 8 suvs for us + one dedicated for supplies such petrol, food and sleeping bags. Such an authentic experience (coming from a local who has done many desert trips in the past). What was really impressive is how the team relied on old techniques for navigating the desert (sands shapes, stars, Etc) also how good they were at cruising the worlds toughest sand dunes. Everything was above expectation, top food, top scenery and top moments . An experience of a life time that I recommend for everyone wanting a fun adventures with good friends. No internet nor connection in most of the trip which allows you to connect more with the empty quarters. 😍😍😍😍😍

Endless Views of the Desert!

An amazing weekend to see the beauty of the empty quarter! Meteb and the team were very skilled, knowledgeable, friendly & funny. Their cars were well equipped and ready for the adventure, which made the drive through the desert very enjoyable.

The endless views of the desert, the wonderful sunsets and the glittering stars at night were all worth the experience.

Highly recommended!
